Abstract
Le dispositif de l'invention destiné à empêcher l'éblouissement de conducteurs comprend un photodétecteur (1) ainsi qu'un générateur (2) d'impulsions. Un circuit électronique (3) destiné à commander les modes de fonctionnement des phares comprend un second générateur (4) d'impulsions produisant des impulsions de longueur τ0, un circuit de commutation (5) destiné à allumer et à éteindre les phares, ainsi qu'un troisième générateur (6) d'impulsions produisant des impulsions de longueur τ1 à intervalles entre les impulsions de τ2. Les sorties du circuit de commutation (5) sont reliées aux circuits électriques du commutateur de phares commandé manuellement. Les longueurs d'impulsion et les intervalles entre les impulsions sont régis par la règle suivante: τ0 > τmax > τ1 > τ3 et τ2 > τ3, dans laquelle τmax représente la longueur maximum d'une impulsion de lumière supplémentaire émise, τ3 représente le temps d'attente entre l'extinction et l'allumage des phares. Dans d'autres modes de réalisation, le photorécepteur (1) présente un certain nombre de niveaux de seuil, un élément logique 'OU' (7) ainsi qu'un régulateur (8) de tension analogique étant également prévus.
