Abstract

A beaker-shaped drinking vessel made of injection-mouldable, unbreakable, dishwasherproof, colourable plastic material, especially polypropylene, with an outwardly projecting annular bead (1) at the beaker rim, a polygonal outer periphery on the thick beaker wall (2) and a circular inner periphery. There are an oblique annular inner (4) and outer (3) shoulder between the lower section (6) comprising the base (5) of the beaker and the upper section (7) comprising the annular bead (1). The annular outer shoulder (3) also has a polygonal periphery. The largest outside diameter of the lower beaker section (6) is smaller than the inside diameter of the upper beaker section (7). The largest outside diameter of the upper beaker section (7) is larger than its inside diameter at the rim and the height of the lower beaker section (6) is smaller than that of the upper beaker section (7).
