Abstract
A device for securing façade components (1) to a building (2) has securing components which engage with the building (2) and the façade components (1). The latter have, on opposite corners, an edge bent towards the building (2) and an inwardly facing bead (4). U-shaped retaining sections (5) with two shanks (6) projecting from the building (2) are secured to the building (2). Between their shanks (6) these retaining sections (5) accept rod sections (13) with a domed cross-section which span at least two retaining sections (5), can be solidly secured to the retaining sections (5) at optional distances from the building (2) and have laterally projecting webs (14) running parallel to the beads (4) of the façade components (1). There are also clamping lugs with a threaded drilling, one jaw surrounding both a web of the rod section and a bead (4) of the façade component. On the rod section (13) are fitted tensioning bolts with a male thread which can rotate and are axially fixed and which pass through the threaded drilling in a clamping lug and, when rotated, cause the clamping lug to move relatively to the web (14) and bead (4) so that the latter can be clamped in the jaws of the clamping lug.

Die Fig. 1 zeigt eine Gebäudefassade aus mehreren neben¬ einander angeordneten, jeweils gleich ausgebildeten plat¬ tenförmigen Fassadenelementen 1, z.B. in Form emaillierter Blechtafeln, wobei zwischen den einzelnen Elementen 1 je¬ weils Schattenfugen ausgebildet sind. Die Fassadenelemente 1 sind - vgl. Fig. 2 und 3 - mit Hilfe von noch zu be¬ schreibenden Befestigungsteilen vertikal an einem Baukör¬ per 2 angeordnet. Die Befestigungsteile greifen dabei in ebenfalls noch zu erläuternder Weise einerseits am Bau¬ körper 2 und andererseits an den Fassadenelementen 1 an. Die Fassadenelemente weisen - vgl. insbesondere Fig. 3 - an zwei einander gegenüberliegenden, gewöhnlich senkrecht verlaufenden Kanten einen zum Baukörper 2 hin umgebogenen Rand 3 und an diesem Rand einen einwärts gerichteten Flansch oder Bördel 4 auf.
Am Baukörper 2 sind in gegenseitigen Abständen U-förmige Halteprofile 5 mit zwei vom Baukörper 2 weg gerichteten, abstehenden Schenkeln 6 befestigt (vgl. insbesondere Fig. 3). Die Befestigung erfolgt mit Hilfe von Schrauben 7 und Unterlegscheiben 8, wobei die Schrauben ein (bei der dargestellten Ausführungsform horizontal verlaufendes) Langloch 9 durchdringen und in einen im Baukörper 2 be¬ festigten Dübel 11 eingedreht sind. Das Langloch 9 er¬ möglicht eine seitliche Ausrichtung der Halteprofile 5 am Baukörper 2. Bei der dargestellten Ausführungsform erfolgt diese Ausrichtung in horizontaler Richtung. Diese Distanz¬ stücke 16 sind, wie aus Fig. 3 ersichtlich, beidseits mit Zahnungen versehen, die in entsprechende Zahnungen an der Innenseite der Schenkel 6 bzw. an der Außenseite der Pro¬ filstäbe 13 eingreifen. Auf diese Weise kann vor dem Fest¬ ziehen einer auf der Schraube 15 befindlichen Mutter 17 der Abstand eines Profilstabes 13 vom Baukörper 2 ent-
sprechend eingestellt werden. Dabei kann zwischen Bördel 4 und Steg 14 auch eine vorzugsweise elastische Dichtung 32 eingelegt werden, die sich im übrigen über die gesamte (vertikale) Längserstreckung des Bördeis 4 erstrecken kann. Die beiden Fassadenelemente 1 werden so an den Stegen 14 des Profilstabes 13 festgehalten, daß sich zwischen ihnen die Schattenfuge 25 ausbildet. Anschließend wird durch diese Fuge hindurch ein Verdrehwerkzeug am Mit¬ telteil 31 des Spannbolzen 27, z.B. ein Schraubenschlüs¬ sel, angesetzt und dt-_r Spannbolzen verdreht. Wegen der gegenläufigen Gewinde an den Bolzenabschnitten 28, 29 be¬ wegen sich dabei die Spannpratzen 18 aufeinander zu, er¬ fassen in ihrem Maul 24 jeweils einen Bördel 4 und einen Steg 14 und verspannen diese im Maul. Es ist günstig, zu diesem Zweck die Querschnittsform des Maules 24 so auszu-
bilden, daß es sich nach innen keilförmig verjüngt. Gün¬ stig ist es auch, die Öffnung des Maules 24 an wenigstens einer Randkante anzufasen, wie in Fig. 4 und 5 durch das Bezugszeichen 33 angedeutet. Hierdurch wird das Eindringen des Bördeis 4 und des Steges 14 in das Maul 24 (vgl. Fig. 4) erleichtert. Um bei der dargestellten Ausführungsform die Fassadenele¬ mente 1 zusätzlich an einem Verrutschen nach unten zu hindern - soweit hierzu nicht bereits die Verspannung der Fassadenelemente in den Spannpratzen 18 ausreicht -, weisen die Fassadenelemente 1 an wenigstens einer Kante, im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel an der Oberkante, quer zu den einwärts gerichteten Bördeln 4 der Elemente 1 verlaufend einen nach auswärts gerichteten Umschlag 34 auf, der durch Schrauben 35 mit Muttern 36 an den Stegen 14 des Profilstabes 13 festgelegt wird (Fig. 1 und 2).
Die Fig. 6 zeigt eine gegenüber Fig. 5 abgewandelte Aus¬ führungsform. Im Gegensatz zu Fig. 5 sind in Fig. 6 die Bördel 4 schmäler ausgebildet. Hierdurch wird die Schat¬ tenfuge 25 in Fig. 6 breiter als in Fig. 5.
