Abstract
Procédé d'analyse rapide du rythme cardiaque, consistant à relever les signaux électrocardiaques à l'aide d'électrodes (3, 4, 5). Ces électrodes (3, 4, 5), selon un mode préférentiel de réalisation, ont la forme de clips, pouvant être fixés aux doigts ou aux orteils du patient. Les signaux électrocardiographiques sont convertis en signaux numériques grâce à un microprocesseur pour être affichés en temps réel sur un écran à cristaux liquides (2), situés sur l'un des cotés du boîtier (1). Les signaux électrocardiographiques sont mis en mémoire et, lorsque l'on presse la touche correspondante du clavier (6), tous les complexes ventriculaires PQRST accumulés sont affichés sur l'écran (2) page par page. La durée des intervalles R-R est mesurée avec la précision voulue, correspondant à l'échelle caractéristique des variations du rythme cardiaque en phase stationnaire. Les résultats des mesures sont affichés en temps réel sur l'écran à cristaux liquides (2) sous forme de rythmogrammes (RG) et d'histogrammes (HG), de sorte que les intervalles des premiers et des seconds correspondent à ladite échelle caractéristique.
