Abstract
Est décrit un procédé pour fabriquer un objet en plastique décoré avec un dessin d'une feuille à marquer (26), cette dernière étant disposée entre deux moitiés (12, 14) d'un moule (10), après quoi ces deux moitiés de moules (12, 14) sont rapprochées pour former une cavité (20). La feuille à marquer (26) est alors serrée fermement entre les deux moitiés de moule (12, 14). Une matière plastique est ensuite injectée dans la cavité de moule (20) à travers au moins un canal de carotte (22) formé dans le moule (10). La carotte de plastique définie par le canal de carotte (22) et adhérant à l'objet en plastique est séparée de ce dernier avant que la matière en plastique ne durcisse dans le moule. Après séparation de la carotte non encore durcie et de l'objet en plastique non encore durci, la matière plastique durcit dans le moule fermé. Le moule est ensuite ouvert et l'objet en plastique décoré fini et durci est enlevé de la cavité de moule (20) et la carotte durcie qui en est séparée est ôtée du canal de carotte (22).
