Abstract

On fabrique une structure en plastique composite, se présentant sous forme de deux parties d'un corps (11) de collecteur d'admission, par l'assemblage d'un premier élément (16) et d'un second élément (17) au niveau d'une paire de faces (27, 28) de joint non planes et en about l'une contre l'autre, indiquées par une ligne (18) de joint. Des surfaces d'appui (37, 38, 39 et 40) se trouvant sur les faces de joint définissent des vides qui sont pratiquement éliminés lorsqu'on soude un élément en forme de langue (29), situé sur le premier élément, à une surface de contact (33) du second élément par vibration d'un élément par rapport à l'autre. Là où la face de joint est inclinée dans le sens d'une force de serrage, la longueur de la protubérance de l'élément en forme de langue est réduite. Le premier élément est plus souple que le second afin de permettre aux faces de joint de coïncider sous la force de serrage.
