Abstract
La nouvelle méthode combinant l'analyse spectrale et le procédé de mesure d'absorption à domaine spectral contrôlé, ouvre de nouvelles possibilités pour l'analyse spectrale et la mesure de petits objets non plans. Grâce à l'utilisation de rayons de centrage, de petits objets peuvent être mesurés en profondeur (translucidité, opalescence). L'utilisation d'un détecteur CCD à la place d'une photodiode PIN permet de mesurer, par analyse spectrale, des corps entiers à trois dimensions. Grâce à la mesure sans contact, ce procédé de mesure ouvre de nouvelles possibilités pour les chaînes de fabrication et pour la production automatique de matières textiles, papiers, colorants, produits alimentaires, etc.
