Abstract
On procède à l'élimination de tissus corporels à l'aide de lasers à impulsions longues de manière qu'une énergie suffisante pour éliminer des tissus est transmise au corps voulu sans endommager la fibre optique transmettant le rayonnement du laser. Des paires d'impulsions de longueur d'ondes identiques ou différentes sont couplées afin d'éliminer de manière plus efficace des tissus d'un site chirurgical.
