Said plug 1 is put into an envelope 10 and then said Q envelope 10 is attached to a side space or its top surface, as shown in FIG. 2.
- the plug 1 is taken out from the envelope 10, and the plug 1 is pressed by 5 force onto the top surface of carton pack 11 so that the perforating means 2 and 5 break the cardboard of top surface of carton pack 11 to thereby be inserted into the container 11 until the bottom of the plug 1 is closely contacted with the top surface of the carton pack, and Q thereafter the cover 8 is closed on the plug 1 to seal the container 11.
- the opening tab 9 is pulled out whereby the cover 8 is opened as shown in FIG. 4, and when the container carton pack 11 is tilted, contents material is flowed out through the material outlet hole 3 as contents material flowing out path 12 shown by arrow with dotted line, while air is flowed into the container carton pack 11 through the air inlet hole 6 as air flowing in path 13 shown by arrow with dotted line so as to make contents material within container carton pack 11 to be easily flowed.
- FIG. 5 shows how the perforating means 2 or 5 breaks the cardboard of top surface of the container carton pack 11, and inserting into the container, which is shown by inversing state for the sake of illustration.
- FIGS. 6 and 7 show another embodiment of the present invention, wherein two holes are previously perforated, and sticker 14 is adhered on the top surface of the container carton pack 11 so as to seal thereof.
- the plug 1 is pressed by force onto said sticker 14 so that each perforating means 2, 5 correspond to respective holes previously perforated on the cardboard, and thereby the plug 1 is assembled in close fit as shown in FIG. 7.
- FIGS. 8,9,10, and 11 show the still another embodiment of the present invention, wherein two circular previous cutting lines 15 are formed on top surface of cardboard of the container carton pack 11. Sequence to assemble the plug to the container carton pack 11 is shown in FIGS. 9 to 11.
- FIG. 12 shows a further embodiment of the present invention, wherein two cutting lines 18 of j ⁇ 3 -shape are formed on top surface of cardboard of container carton pack 11.
- FIGS. 13 and 14 show a still further embodiment of the present invention, wherein two circular holes 19 are previously perforated on top surface of cardboard of the container carton pack 11 and then a removable sticker 20 is adhered thereon so that said removable sticker 20 is taken off before assembling the plug to the container.

Abstract
Cette invention se rapporte à une boîte d'emballage en carton équipée d'un bouchon intégré qu'on rend utilisable en l'enfonçant dans les trous qu'il perfore lui-même sur la surface supérieure de la boîte lorsqu'on veut utiliser celle-ci tout en conservant ledit bouchon intégré en l'attachant sur les côtés ou sur la partie supérieure de la boîte. L'invention est conçue de façon qu'un bouchon (1) comporte des moyens de perforation (2) formant une saillie (4) définie par l'orifice de sortie du produit (3) ainsi qu'un autre moyen de perforation (5) défini par l'orifice d'entrée d'air (6) et est également relié à un couvercle possédant une languette d'ouverture par l'intermédiaire d'un raccord et ledit bouchon (1) est placé dans une enveloppe (10) et ladite enveloppe (10) est attachée sur le côté ou sur la partie supérieure. D'autres variantes présentent deux trous circulaires perforés préalablement, des lignes de découpe circulaires ou des lignes de découpe circulaires/radiales, ou bien un adhésif est collé sur la boîte, et le bouchon (1) est monté en l'introduisant dans le trous. D'après l'invention, on fabrique un bouchon avec une rapidité hautement améliorée et celui-ci peut se monter sur des boîtes d'emballage en carton neuves ou déjà utilisées.
