Es ist daher vor dem Einschlagen des Treibkeiles eine genaue Justierung der Ausziehvorrichtung vorzunehmen, da ansonsten der Treibkeil entweder nicht eingesetzt werden kann oder ein zu geringes Stück des Keiles zum Austreiben zur Verfügung steht. Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, diese Nach¬ teile zu vermeiden und eine Ausziehvorrichtung für Pfannen- spülsteine zu schaffen, die große Kräfte auf den Spülstein ausüben kann, dabei einfach und leicht zu bedienen ist und durch eine dosierbare Kraftanwendung Beschädigungen von Spülstein oder Lochstein vermeidet.Furthermore, DE-Al-38 33 504 pull-out devices are known which exert corresponding tensile forces on the sink by driving in a driving wedge. Die Zugvorrichtung kann bei der vorliegenden Erfindung relativ schwach dimensioniert sein, da sie nur einen Teil der zum Austreiben des Spülsteines erforderlichen Kraft aufbringen muß. Lediglich sehr locker sitzende Spülsteine können durch die Zugvorrichtung allein ausgezogen werden. Für fester sitzende Spülsteine kann zusätzlich eine stoßartig wirkende Kraft aufgebracht werden. Es hat sich überraschenderweise herausgestellt, daß durch die Überlagerung einer geringeren, kontinuierlich wirkenden Kraft mit einer stoßartig wirkenden Kraft insgesamt eine wesentliche Verbesserung beim Herausziehen von Spülsteinen ergibt.According to the invention, a device is therefore provided which, in addition to the forces which can be transmitted from the pulling device to the sink, can exert impulsive forces on the sink. Dann wird mittels des Kupplungsbolzens 4 eine Steckverbindung zwischen dem Joch 5 und der Zugstange 3 hergestellt. Durch den mittels eines Handhebels 14 betätigbaren Hydraulikzylinder 6 wird eine vorbestimmte Zugkraft über das Joch 5 und die Zugstange 3 auf den Spülstein 1 ausgeübt. Im allgemeinen wird diese Zugkraft nicht ausreichen, um den Spülstein 1 aus dem Lochstein 12 auszuziehen. Daraufhin wird eine Distanzscheibe 11 auf die Platte 10 aufgesetzt, deren Dicke so bemessen ist, daß ein Treibkeil 9 gerade mit seiner schmalen Seite in die Öffnung der Zugstange 3 einsetzbar ist. Sodann wird mit Hammer¬ schlägen der Treibkeil 9 in die Öffnung hineingetrieben. Die Hammerschläge und damit der Ausziehvorgang werden beendet, wenn ersichtlich ist, daß sich der Spülstein gelöst hat. Sodann erfolgt die Demontage der Ausziehvorrichtung durch Lösen des Treibkeils 9 und des Kupplungsbolzens 4, Aushängen der Ausziehvorrichtung aus dem Winkeleisen 13 und Entfernen des Spülsteins 1.To remove a sink 1, the pan is usually brought into a lying position, the pan base 8 being in a vertical position.
