Abstract
L'invention a pour objet de nouveaux procédés servant à l'identification et à la purification de protéines à partir de plantes qui possédent un effet inhibiteur sur certains agents pathogènes et/ou nuisibles tels que des insectes, des nématodes, des champignons ou des bactéries, et qui combinent des techniques non dénaturantes de fragmentation de protéines, mises en ÷uvre sur des extraits de feuilles de plantes qui ont été traités pour développer une résistance induite et une action antipathogène. L'invention se rapporte également à des protéines fongicides obtenues au moyen dudit procédé, à des séquences de nucléotides recombinées codant lesdites protéines, ainsi qu'à des plantes à sensibilité réduite aux champignons due à la production et au ciblage souhaité desdites protéines dans la plante.
