Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de dispersions de polyuréthannes à partir d'un prépolymère d'uréthanne contenant des groupes acides et isocyanates et d'une polyamine, caractérisé en ce qu'on fait réagir le prépolymère d'uréthanne avec une polyamine contenant au moins deux groupes amino capables de réagir avec des groupes isocyanates, ladite polyamine présentant éventuellement un ou plusieurs groupes hydroxyles, ou avec le produit d'addition contenant au moins deux groupes amino capables de réagir avec des groupes isocyanates, d'une polyamine contenant au moins trois hydrogènes aminés réactifs sur un dérivé (méth-)acrylate présentant éventuellement un ou plusieurs groupes hydroxyles, afin d'obtenir un prépolymère contenant des groupes amino primaires et/ou secondaires et, éventuellement, des groupes hydroxyles, en ce qu'on neutralise ce prépolymère, après transfert dans l'eau, par une amine tertiaire ou sa solution aqueuse, et en ce qu'on fait réagir ensuite le produit résultant avec au moins un polyisocyanate contenant au moins deux groupes isocyanates. L'invention concerne en outre l'utilisation des dispersions de polyuréthanne obtenues selon ce procédé, comme liants dans des compositions de revêtements, ainsi que pour la réticulation avec des aminoplastes.
