Abstract

Agencement destiné à un hydrocyclone, comprenant des chambres supérieure (1) et inférieure (2) de nettoyage, dans lesquelles une suspension à nettoyer est acheminée par l'orifice d'une admission (4) située dans la partie supérieure de la paroi (3) extérieure de la chambre (2) inférieure de nettoyage. Ladite chambre (2) inférieure présente dans sa partie (11) inférieure une sortie (5) inférieure de rejet de particules contaminées grosses, lourdes, et ladite chambre (1) de nettoyage présente dans sa partie (10) supérieure une sortie (6) centrale de particules contaminées légères, ainsi qu'au moins une sortie (8) destinée à une matière acceptée, c'est-à-dire une suspension nettoyée située dans la paroi (7) extérieure. Les parties (10, 11) terminales opposées des deux chambres (1, 2) de nettoyage sont de forme conique, tandis que les parties (12, 13) terminales des deux chambres (1, 2) de nettoyage orientées l'une vers l'autre, sont de forme cylindrique, et de diamètres différents dans la région de la partie (9) intermédiaire de l'hydrocyclone, de sorte qu'une chambre (1, 2) de nettoyage est agencée de manière à être déplacée sur l'autre chambre (2, 1) de nettoyage, afin de varier le volume intérieur de l'hydrocyclone pour obtenir une efficacité optimale de nettoyage de deux types différents de suspensions, et de suspensions de consistances différentes.
