L'invention concerne une carte de commande comportant des codes d'identification, ainsi qu'une unité de lecture associée comprenant au moins une caractéristique d'emploi et/ou de référence. Chaque caractéristique d'emploi et/ou de référence comprise dans la carte se compose d'instructions et de limitations d'accès, ou d'accès et d'emploi d'un ordinateur ou analogue. Les caractéristiques d'emploi et/ou de référence sont agencées pour coopérer avec le système d'entrée/sortie, de sorte que les instructions et les limitations spécifiées par les caractéristiques d'emploi et/ou de référence ne sont pas transgressés.
