Abstract

On décrit des compositions à libération retardée pour soigner les blessures comprenant un hydrogel à base d'une ou plusieurs protéines, peptides ou polysaccharides gélifiables entremêlés d'un polymère hydrophile, ledit hydrogel étant gonflé au moyen d'une solution aqueuse contenant un ou plusieurs facteurs de croissance sélectionnés parmi les facteurs de croissance de l'épiderme, les facteurs de croissance du fibroblaste humain, les facteurs de croissance semblables à l'insuline humaine et les facteurs de croissance dérivés de plaquettes.
