Abstract
Un explant pour la consolidation chirurgicale de la sclérotite déformée du globe oculaire est préparé à partir d'une matière textile maillée synthétique et physiologiquement compatible. L'explant se présentant sous la forme d'un bandage est placé sur la sclérotite du globe oculaire. Le bandage a la forme d'une ceinture sphérique dotée d'une surface sphérique, le diamètre de la ceinture correspondant à celui du globe oculaire dans la région d'application du bandage, ou bien le bandage a la forme d'une étoile avec une partie centrale sphérique épaissie qui est placée sur la région déformée de la sclérotite. La concavité de la surface sphérique du bandage correspond à la courbure du globe oculaire.
