Abstract

Procédé d'immobilisation et de stabilisation d'un récepteur bilogique actif dans un film polymère et biocapteurs à récepteurs permettant de détecter un analyte déterminé dans un échantillon. Ces biocapteurs à récepteurs comprennent un film polymère possédant un récepteur biologique pouvant fixer un analyte déterminé immobilisé grâce au procédé ci-décrit, et un organe électrique permettant de déterminer la présence de l'analyte et sa quantité. En particulier, le récepteur d'acétylcholine et le récepteur d'opiacés ont été immobilisés dans un film polymère obtenu par la combinaison du récepteur, d'une substance (par e. albumine de sérum bovin, gélatine) pouvant polymériser et d'un agent de polymérisation (par e. glutaraldéhyde).
