Abstract
Dans un procédé et un appareil de spectroscopie en fluorescence à résolution dans le temps, on utilise de la lumière laser provenant d'une seule impulsion pour exciter des photons fluorescents dans un échantillon (24), laquelle fluorescence est détectée par un tube photomultiplicateur (14) optimisé au niveau de la linéarité et du temps de réponse pour produire des photoélectrons qui génèrent un courant à l'anode du tube photomultiplicateur. Ce courant est déchargé à travers un réseau à résistance-capacité pour produire une forme d'onde de tension qui est convertie en une image optique (26), intensifiée (28), mémorisée (36) et numérisée (34). La version numérisée de l'image optique est traitée dans un processeur (38) en vue de calculer la réponse d'impulsion réelle en fluorescence. Est également décrite une immuno-analyse en fluorescence pour déterminer des analytes simples ou multiples sur la base d'une seule mesure de fluorescence.
