Abstract

Une préparation de levure dérivée biophysiquement possède une activité de stimulation de la respiration vis-à-vis d'un homogénat de foie, renferme un facteur d'inhibition d'oxydase de L-amino acide, et présente d'excellentes propriétés de cicatrisation et une action stimulante sur le système réticulo-endothélial. Le procédé de fabrication de la préparation de levure consiste à traiter une levure de départ, éventuellement en ajoutant un support liquide, jusqu'à obtention d'un mélange pouvant être légèrement remis en suspension, suivie d'un court traitement par choc thermique jusqu'au dégagement de gaz par fermentation. Sont également décrits des fourrages et des solutions d'hormones végétales comportant des additifs de ces levures dérivées biophysiquement.
