Abstract

La résolution est améliorée en diminuant tout d'abord l'angle de balayage sous-tendu entre des échantillons adjacents sensiblement en dessous de celui de la limite de Rayleigh de manière à obtenir une image rendue floue par la fonction de diffusion de points (ou motif de diffraction) de l'ouverture. L'étape suivante consiste à traiter cette image floue au moins pour enlever partiellement le flou. Le procédé d'élimination du flou consiste à établir une corrélation entre chaque petit segment de l'image floue et des images floues de primitifs d'images préconstruites et à synthétiser ensuite une nouvelle image comprenant une mosaïque de primitifs originaux (non flous) entre lesquels subsistent des corrélations spatiales. Les images floues des primitifs sont obtenues à partir d'un ensemble complet de primitifs d'images comprenant, idéalement, toutes les formes possibles de primitifs non flous. Ces primitifs sont ensuite rendus flous par convolution avec la fonction de diffusion de points de l'ouverture du dispositif de mise en image.
