The dancing toy, or rigore is to be suspended :tbove and near the platform, by means of en einstic wire or, cord, or any suitable device.
The cra-nk B, now being turned, causes the toothed wheel, or disk F to revolve, the teeth of which, noting upon the fulcrum E oi the platform G, cause the letter to take on :t pcrpendicuiorLosoiHating or vibrating motion, whereby it comes in Contact with the feet of the figur-gc suspended above it, in such a. manner to give it the appearance oi'dznicing.
The novelty ot' my invention consists in producing the dimming-motion of toys, by rotating a toothed wheel, or disk, or its equivalent, in connection with zt'vibmting platform, whether the parts are situated as herein de scribed or not. Y
