Abstract

Ce document décrit un système de titres électroniques sociaux et de services bancaires et postal multi-émetteurs différent des systèmes de paiement monétaires bancaires existant et des systèmes privatifs des titres électroniques existants avec un modèle financier le permettant d'être une alternative aux titres classiques en papier tout en respectant la règlementation tunisienne que ce soit pour les titres sociaux et de services, que ce soit monétique et bancaire offrant un dispositif permettant la recharge, la consultation des soldes et le paiement d'un seul ou plusieurs titres sociaux ou de services avec les limitations d'utilisation des titres dictées par les lois Tunisiennes et la récupération des commissions émetteur liées à chacun des titres. Ce dispositif peut être accepté par tous les terminaux de paiement et autres applications liées à des passerelles de paiement électroniques autorisés avec la possibilité de collecte et l'exploitation des données du système dans des services tel que la fidélisation ou la BigData.
