Изобретение относитс к машиностроению , в частности к центрифугам дл очистки масла в двигател х внутреннего сгорани . Цель изобретени - повышение надежности центробежного маслоочистител в работе. Центробежный маслоочиститель содержит корпус 1, установленный в нем на оси 2 с возможностью перемещени ротор 3 с гидроприводом 4, устройство дл определени степени накоплени осадка 5 в роторе 3, включающее упор 6, упругий элемент 7, шток 9 со шкалой, контактирующий с упором 6 и расположенный внутри упругого элемента 7 и в отверстии гайки 12, снабженной уплотнением. Упор 6, упругий элемент 7 и шток 9 расположены снаружи неподвижной оси 2, при этом упор 6 и шток 9 со шкалой установлены с возможностью перемещени вдоль оси 2 при взаимодействии упора 6 с торцом ротора 3, когда последний всплывает, раскручива сь до рабочих частот вращени . Применение маслоочистител с устройством дл определени степени накоплени осадка в роторе обеспечивает снижение трудоемкости при его обслуживании и повышение надежности в работе, св занной с более качественной фильтрацией масла за счет своевременной очистки ротора от осадка, уменьшением износа уплотнени и утечек масла.2 ил, ёThe invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to centrifuges for cleaning oil in internal combustion engines.
