Claims (12)
- POSTOPEK ZA PRIDOBIVANJE KOVIN, VSEBOVANIH V ELEKTRONSKIH ODPADKIH Patentni zahtevki1. Postopek za obdelavo materialov, ki vsebujejo zmes plastičnih snovi in kovinskih snovi, ki obsegajo žlahtne kovine in aluminij, pri čemer so materiali elektronski odpadki, pri čemer postopek obsega: - drobljenje (2) materialov, namenjenih za obdelavo; - pirolizo (4) zdrobljenih materialov pri temperaturi med 300 in 450 °C za čas med 10 in 30 minutami z zračnim faktorjem, se pravi z razmerjem med zgorevalnim zrakom in teoretičnim nevtralnim zrakom zgorevanja med 0,7 in 0,9; - prvo magnetno ločevanje (8), ki se opravi s pomočjo delovanja magneta ali elektromagneta na pirolizirane materiale, s čimer dobimo po eni strani železnato kovinsko frakcijo in po drugi strani neželeznate ostanke ; - drugo magnetno ločevanje (11), ki se opravi s pomočjo delovanja separatorja z vrtinčnimi tokovi na neželeznate ostanke, s čimer dobimo po eni strani neželeznato kovinsko frakcijo, ki obsega aluminij, in po drugi strani nemagnetne ostanke, ki obsegajo žlahtne kovine.
- 2. Postopek po zahtevku 1, pri katerem so elektronski odpadki obrabljena tiskana vezja.
- 3. Postopek po zahtevku 1 ali 2, pri katerem se drobljenje izvaja do prehoda skozi sito Dmax, ki je manjši ali enak 50 mm, prednostno med 20 in 30 mm.
- 4. Postopek po enem od zahtevkov od 1 do 3, ki dalje obsega korak zgorevanja plinov (17), ki nastajajo pri pirolizi, čemur po izbiri sledi korak nevtralizacije (29) plinov z natrijevim bikarbonatom.
- 5. Postopek po enem od zahtevkov od 1 do 4, pri katerem žlahtne kovine obsegajo zlato, srebro, platino, paladij, rodij, rutenij, iridij in/ali osmij.
- 6. Postopek po enem od zahtevkov od 1 do 5, pri katerem: - železnata kovinska frakcija obsega železo in/ali derivate železa in po izbiri zlato; in/ali - neželeznata kovinska frakcija obsega cink.
- 7. Postopek po enem od zahtevkov od 1 do 6, pri katerem nemagnetni ostanki obsegajo baker, svinec, kositer, steklena vlakna, ogljik.
- 8. Postopek po enem od zahtevkov od 1 do 7, pri katerem se železnata kovinska frakcija po drugem magnetnem ločevanju kombinira z nemagnetnimi ostanki.
- 9. Postopek po enem od zahtevkov od 1 do 8, ki obsega nadaljnji korak obdelave nemagnetnih ostankov, ki omogoča pridobivanje bakra, vsebovanega v nemagnetnih ostankih in/ali pridobivanje žlahtnih kovin, vsebovanih v nemagnetnih ostankih, zlasti izbranih izmed zlata, srebra, svinca, kositra, platine, paladija, rodija, rutenija, iridija in/ali osmija.
- 10. Postrojenje za obdelavo materialov, ki vsebujejo zmes plastičnih snovi in kovinskih snovi, pri čemer kovinske snovi obsegajo žlahtne kovine in aluminij, pri čemer so materiali elektronski odpadki, pri čemer postrojenje obsega zaporedno v vrsti: - drobilna sredstva (2); - pirolizno pripravo (4), ki je prirejena za izvajanje pirolize pri temperaturi med 300 in 450 °C z zračnim faktorjem, se pravi z razmerjem med zgorevalnim zrakom in teoretičnim nevtralnim zrakom zgorevanja med 0,7 in 0,9; - primarni magnetni separator (8), ki obsega magnet ali elektromagnet, ki je razmeščen nad transportnim trakom; in - sekundarni magnetni separator (11), ki obsega separator z vrtinčnimi tokovi.
- 11. Postrojenje po zahtevku 10, pri katerem so drobilna sredstva prirejena za izvajanje drobljenja do prehoda skozi sito Dmax, ki je manjši ali enak 50 mm, prednostno med 20 in 30 mm.
- 12. Postrojenje po enem od zahtevkov od 10 do 11, ki dalje obsega vod (15) za zbiranje piroliznih plinov, ki napaja zgorevalno komoro (17), in po izbiri na izhodu iz zgorevalne komore (17) stično komoro (29), ki se napaja z dovajanjem aktivnega ogljika (27) in z dovajanjem natrijevega bikarbonata (28).
