Suitcase for piece items consists of lid 1, casing 2, folding swivel panels 3 fixed on the transverse sides of casing 2 with the ability to rotate 180°, of lower longitudinal panel 4, which is mounted by pivoting on the longitudinal axis in an inclined position with slope angle 6°. In the upper part of the longitudinal side of the body 2 is mounted a swivel panel-sample 5, in a flipped position acting as an artifact, in a closed position being a support for folded swivel panels 3. On the inner surface of lid 1, a tablet computer 6 is fixed. Lid 1 and body 2 are connected together hinges 8. In this case, lid 1 is fixed in an upright position by folding hinges 9, providing opening angle 105° for a more convenient review of the samples. Folded swivel panels 3 are pivoted to 180° on horizontal axes 10 installed in eyes 11. Body is provided with locks 12 and handle 13 for carrying the suitcase.

Description

The invention relates to devices for storing, transporting and demonstrating piece goods and various parts mainly at exhibitions, lectures and meetings.

Known suitcase for piece items (invention SU No. 1757609, IPC A45C 5/00, publ. 30.08.92), comprising a housing with a handle and locks, a pair of lids pivotally mounted on both sides of the housing, inside of which there is a double-sided lodgement with cells for items, each lid is equipped with a one-sided lodgement.

In the known invention, all lodgement cells can be opened simultaneously for viewing and manipulating objects located in them, which provides a demonstration of objects and ease of use of specialists of various professions. However, special fastening of objects on a vertical surface is necessary, which may prevent the lids from closing.

The closest in purpose and essential features is a suitcase for piece items (invention SU No. 1618379, IPC А45С 5/00, publ. 05.11.87), consisting of a box-shaped cover and base (body) pivotally interconnected, inside of which there are plates (panels) for location on them for the purpose of storage and transportation of products, while the panels are made with various openings for different products. The main advantage of the well-known suitcase is ease of use, optimal use of the packed surface, and safety of fragile and fragile items.

However, this suitcase is not intended for the review of various items, including for the exhibition display of products contained in it.

The objective of the invention is to create a folding suitcase to accommodate a large number of items, convenient for the demonstration of products and their transportation.

The technical result of the invention is to improve the operational properties of the suitcase by providing visibility and access to all items at the same time, as well as the availability of video information about the purpose and quality of the items.

The specified technical result is achieved in that the suitcase for piece items, consisting of a lid and housing hinged together, including panels with holes for attaching various samples, as well as means for attaching removable panels, according to the invention, the suitcase is made folding, in the base of which there is a lower panel with the possibility of rotation on the longitudinal axis in an inclined position, on the upper longitudinal side of the body is installed a rotary panel-sample, made in the form of an exhibit, on lateral panels are mounted on the transverse sides of the case with the possibility of rotation by 180 °, providing an increase in the viewing surface of the samples being demonstrated, a removable tablet computer is installed in the lid fixed in a vertical position by a folding hinge.

The presence of the bottom panel, mounted with the possibility of rotation on the longitudinal axis in an inclined position, allows you to quickly set it in a position convenient for viewing objects. And the swivel panel-sample reclines when demonstrating objects and is itself an exhibit. And when turning to its original position after the demonstration of products, it serves as a support for the folded side panels. Thus, the presence of folding and folding panels doubles the viewing surface. The constructive solution of fastening the panels allows you to quickly prepare the suitcase for the demonstration of objects by laying out the panels, and also quickly fold the panels, which increases the operational properties of the suitcase.

Installation in the cover of a tablet computer allows you to display all the properties of the objects displayed, design features and answer questions of interest.

Video and audio can carry a wide range of information about the presented objects of the exposition, technological methods, equipment, about the enterprise - exhibitor, proposals and prospects for cooperation.

The proposed suitcase for piece items can be used in various areas of the national economy: metalworking, electronic, chemical, medical.

A suitcase for piece items consists of a cover 1, a housing 2, folding hinged panels 3, mounted on the transverse sides of the housing 2 with a possibility of rotation by 180 °, a lower longitudinal panel 4, installed by turning on the longitudinal axis in an inclined position with an angle of inclination of 6 °. The suitcase can be made by various technological methods (pressing, stamping, processing) of various materials. In order to increase strength while maintaining low weight, it is preferable to manufacture a case from titanium.

The suitcase works as follows. Prepare the suitcase for loading the displayed products and sample parts. To do this, open the lid 1, swing the swivel panels 3, swivel the swivel panel-sample 5, set the longitudinal panel 4 in an inclined position. Fix the parts on panels 3 and 4. Cover the parts on the panel 4 with a thin sheet of foam rubber and cover with a cover 5. On the sample panel 5 lay a thin layer of foam rubber, on which rotary panels 3 with flat parts mounted on them are placed. Close the lid 1, and the suitcase is ready for transportation. Upon arrival at the place of the product demonstration, the panels are opened in the reverse order.
