SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, to cosmetology in particular and can be used for cosmetic procedures conduction. For this purpose, clarification, warming and massage of the skin are conducted. Therapeutic medicine is also applied by way of abundant watering of bibulous napkin in dags concentrate, warmed up to 20-50 degrees. The concentrate shall be prepared on the basis of 3-50 g of fresh frozen dags per 1000 g of water at the temoerature of 60-98 degrees C during 45-240 minutes. Henceforth the napkin shall be applied directly on cultivated skin area and held during 5-30 minutes. In the course of procedure the napkin at leas two times shall be short-termed (for 5-30 seconds) influenced with vaporous dags concentrate, heated up to the temperature of 30-60 degrees, or water vapour, or the napkin can be moistened by way of selective application of dags concentrate to its surface. For preservation and maintenance of conditions of temperature, the napkin shall be covered with damp- and airproof material. This method provides effectivization of synteric therapeutic cosmetic procedure, reduces the time of skin inflammation after clarification, gives good results on skin rejuvenescence, eliminates mimic wrinkles and develop technological capabilities of carrying out the procedure.

The disadvantages of the known technology include a minor therapeutic effect. The use of steam during steam procedures, leaving a special steam-generating apparatus - a range - with uncontrolled temperature at a visually determined distance from the patient's face, can lead to uneven heating, or to a slight heating, or to overheating and skin burns, as well as after cosmetic procedures there is a long time persistent inflammatory processes.

An object of the invention is to eliminate the disadvantages of the prototype - increasing the effectiveness of preventive therapeutic and cosmetic cosmetic procedure, reducing the time during which the facial skin is in an inflamed state after cleansing, expanding the technological capabilities of the procedure.

The technical problem posed by the invention is achieved by the fact that the application of the therapeutic product is carried out by abundantly wetting a moisture-absorbing wipe in an antler concentrate heated to a temperature of 20-50 ° C, prepared at the rate of 3-50 g of fresh-frozen antler per 1000 grams of water with exposure at a temperature of 60- 98 ° C for 45-240 minutes, followed by contact application of a tissue on the treated area of the skin and exposure for 5-30 minutes.

The novelty in the proposed method is the creation of the most effective conditions for the implementation of a comprehensive therapeutic and cosmetic treatment procedure and the use of a more effective therapeutic and therapeutic product - antler concentrate, prepared and used according to the proposed technology. So, a richly moistened and tight-fitting moisture-absorbing napkin, applied to the treated area of the skin of the face, provides the most effective conditions - a liquid medium of antler concentrate, which is in direct contact with human skin. At the same time, the temperature regime is maintained at which the temperature of the human body and the temperature of the therapeutic and healing antler concentrate are equalized. Maintaining the temperature regime can be carried out in several alternative ways. This is the application of a moisture-airtight material to the napkin, or the effect of water or antler concentrate vapor on the outer surface of the napkin. Such exposure to vapor on the napkin from the outside, in addition to the temperature regime, creates conditions under which the therapeutic and health concentrate located in the napkin penetrates more deeply into the human skin.

Additional replenishment of wipes with antler concentrate during exposure allows you to maintain a constant initial concentration.

The proposed method for carrying out a cosmetic procedure is as follows. First, antler concentrate is prepared, for which a calculated amount of fresh-frozen antler is laid in a container with a given amount of water. The amount of freshly frozen antler put into the container depends on the regimen of the cosmetic procedure in terms of duration and temperature, on the sensitivity of the skin, on the degree of skin contamination, etc. A smaller amount of antler placed in the container corresponds to the patient’s sensitive skin, and more - to rough skin. Then the water with the amount of antler in it is heated to a temperature of 60-98 ° C and exposure is done for 45-240 minutes. If the exposure time is less than 45 minutes, not all biologically active substances pass from the antler to the concentrate, and the effectiveness of using such a concentrate will be reduced. When holding for more than 240 minutes, the amount of biologically active substances in antler concentrate does not change. At the same time, the exposure temperature affects the duration of preparation of the antler concentrate. At a lower temperature, the shutter speed should be longer and vice versa at a higher temperature - the shutter speed is shorter. After cleansing the skin and warming it up with traditional means, such as water vapor, they begin to carry out operations associated with exposure to antler concentrate. To do this, take a napkin from moisture-absorbing material, dip it into the antler concentrate with a temperature of 20-50 ° C. Further, depending on the required conditions, the temperature and concentration of the antler concentrate in the napkin are maintained or maintained. In the case of supplying a vaporous antler concentrate prepared in a steam generator to the outer surface of the napkin applied to the skin, the napkin is replenished with concentrate with an increase in the depleted concentration and the concentrate is moved from the outer surface of the napkin to the inner and human skin. The temperature at which vaporous antler concentrate is supplied is in the range from 30 to 70 ° C. At this temperature, the skin is uniformly heated and the cloth soaked with antler concentrate is heated without fear of overheating of the skin or causing burns.

When carrying out a healing procedure of shorter duration or in the absence of the possibility of exposure to steam, to maintain the temperature regime, it is enough to lay a napkin made of moisture-proof material on the outer surface of the napkin soaked in antler concentrate. Depending on the required intensity of the therapeutic and recreational effect and indications for the cosmetic procedure, the outer surface of the napkin applied to the patient’s skin is additionally moistened with antler concentrate using, for example, a brush or spraying.

A specific example of the method.

Before the cosmetic procedure was started, an antler concentrate was prepared for a patient with sensitive skin, the concentration of which was checked on a KFK-3 apparatus, it was 0.04 μmol, and corresponded to the balneological one. For this, 10 g of fresh-frozen antler was put in a 0.5 liter container. After heating the water with the antler in it to a temperature of 94 ° C, an exposure was made for 240 minutes. The antler concentrate was ready for use.

Patient A with sensitive skin was initially cleansed of the skin of the face for 10 minutes, after which a general massage was performed and the skin was warmed up with steam using a range. Then they took a moisture-absorbing napkin, dipped it into a cuvette with an antler concentrate at a temperature of 45 ° C, and after draining excess antler concentrate from it, laid a napkin on the patient's face, having previously placed a moisture-absorbing tissue under her head to absorb excess antler concentrate draining from the tissue and the patient's face. Five minutes later, a vapor antler concentrate with a temperature of 50 ° C was exposed to the outer surface of the napkin for 20 seconds. The vaporous antler concentrate was supplied through the steam line from the steam generator. In this case, the humidity and temperature of the wipes increased. Subsequently, within 15 minutes, the napkin was replenished with antler concentrate two more times, the second and third times every three minutes of exposure. After 15 minutes, the tissue was removed from the patient's face and an operation was performed to narrow the pores by rubbing the skin with a tonic. As a result of the cosmetic procedure, no inflammation of the skin was observed on the patient's face, as occurs during the cosmetic procedure in the prototype. In addition, carrying out cosmetic procedures using the proposed method has anti-inflammatory and decongestant effects on the skin of patients, relieves acne, improves skin tone, rejuvenates it, saturates skin cells with oxygen and biologically active substances in antler concentrate.

During the cosmetic procedure for patient B with sensitive skin, the moisture absorbent wipes were replenished with antler concentrate during exposure twice with a brush, which was periodically dipped in the antler concentrate and then applied to the outer surface of the wipe.
