SUBSTANCE: invention relates to household appliances. Proposed corkscrew comprises a rod with screw jointed to the handle, a spring, the retainer being arranged on the said rod. The said rod has a stop to restrain up and down travel of the spring one end. The spring other end can interact with the bottle neck. Retainer represents a clamp with its end bent towards the clamp crosspiece. Helical spring can have at least one conical section and features variable turn pitch.

Description

The invention relates to light industry.

A corkscrew is known (see Japanese Patent No. 2002206795 dated 02/12/2002), comprising a rod with a screw connected to a handle and a spring.

A disadvantage of the known corkscrew is the complexity and inefficiency of the design, because the use of a split cylinder does not provide a strict orientation of the corkscrew relative to the neck of the bottle and does not allow to create a stop for the spring when removing the plug.

The technical result to which the invention is directed is to simplify the design and increase its efficiency.

This result is achieved by the fact that the corkscrew containing the rod with a screw connected to the handle and the spring is equipped with a latch located on the rod, and the rod is made with an emphasis, respectively, to limit the movement of one end of the spring up and down, the other end of which is designed to interact with neck of a bottle.

The latch can be made in the form of a bracket with an end bent in the direction of its jumper, and a rod with a hole for placement in it of the specified end of the bracket.

The spring can be made screw with at least one conical section and have a variable pitch of turns.

The corkscrew contains a rod 1, a handle 2, a screw 3, a spring 4, an emphasis 5, an opening 6, a latch 7.

Using a corkscrew is as follows.

The bent end of the latch 7 is inserted into the hole 6 of the rod 1, which eliminates the possibility of moving the spring 4 in the direction of the handle 2.

Screw 3 is screwed into the cork of the bottle until it comes out of the neck.

Removing the cork from the neck of the bottle is due to the force arising from the deformation of the spring.

The use of a spring with a variable pitch of the coils and conical sections on which the coils of the spring can be in contact with each other, allows the orientation of the spring relative to the neck of the bottle and the necessary lateral stiffness.

After removing the plug, the bent end of the latch is removed from the hole 6 of the rod, is moved together with the spring in the direction of the handle 2, and the plug is screwed from the screw 3.

A corkscrew containing a rod with a screw connected to the handle and a spring, characterized in that it is equipped with a latch located on the rod, and the rod is made with a stop, respectively, to limit the movement of one end of the spring up and down, the other end, which is made with the possibility of interaction with the neck of a bottle. 2. The corkscrew according to claim 1, characterized in that the latch is made in the form of a bracket with an end bent in the direction of its jumper, and the stem is made with an opening for placing the specified end of the bracket in it. 3. The corkscrew according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the spring is made of helical with at least one conical section. 4. The corkscrew according to claim 3, characterized in that the spring is made with a variable pitch of turns.
