Abstract

FIELD: sanitary equipment, particularly for flushing lavatory pans and bowls installed in sanitary rooms.

SUBSTANCE: flushing tank has body, flange, lid, flushing fittings, inlet valve and float. Body is connected to flange through elastic packing by threaded bush. The flange has stiffening ribs located from lower side thereof. Outlet orifice of the flange is provided with thread. Above threaded bush simultaneously acts as a seat and vertical guide for shutoff valve mounted on overflow pipe. The overflow pipe is connected with water flow start button by means of arms secured to upper end of overflow pipe and on holder which secures arms. Holder has hole for water flow start button mounted in tank lid mounted under the button. Flush tank body has stiffening ribs or tank bottom has bosses located on bottom of tank body from outer side thereof. Flange is provided with mating orifices. The holder may be formed on hole for water flow start button.

EFFECT: simplified structure, reduced material consumption and cost.

Description

The invention relates to sanitary equipment and can be used to flush toilets, floor bowls installed in the sanitary facilities of buildings for various purposes.

Known flush tank, consisting of a housing, cover, drain valves and intake valve. This design does not satisfy in terms of material consumption, weight and the absence of a stand (shelf) under the tank [1].

Closest to the claimed technical solution is a flushing tank [2], consisting of a housing, a shelf, a cover, a drain valve, an intake valve and a float. This design is material-intensive - it has many details, which leads to the complexity of the design, its low reliability and, as a consequence, to the rapid failure of the tank.

The objective of the invention is to create a flushing tank of a simpler, easily feasible design, which saves materials and money of the population.

The flushing tank consists of a body, a shelf, a cover, a drain valve, an inlet valve and a float. The housing is connected through an elastic gasket by a threaded sleeve to a shelf having stiffeners on the bottom side, a thread is cut in the outlet of the shelf. The specified threaded sleeve is both a seat and a vertical guide for a shut-off valve mounted on an overflow pipe. This pipe is connected to the water start button using levers attached to the upper end of the overflow pipe and the lever mounting bracket, made in conjunction with a socket for the water start button mounted in the tank lid, under the water start button.

The flush tank at the bottom of the tank body may have stiffeners.

An option is provided in which the flushing cistern on the bottom of the casing may have bosses on the outside, and mating holes on the shelf.

In the flush cistern, the lever mounting bracket can be made on the button socket.

The technical result of the invention is the simplification of the design resulting from the fact that:

the housing is connected by a threaded sleeve to a shelf having stiffeners on the bottom side through an elastic gasket;

a thread is cut in the outlet of the shelf;

said threaded sleeve is a vertical guide for a shutoff valve mounted on an overflow pipe;

an overflow pipe is connected to the water start button using levers;

levers are mounted on the upper end of the overflow pipe and on the lever mounting bracket, made together with the socket for the water start button mounted in the tank lid, under the water start button;

there are stiffeners at the bottom of the tank body;

on the bottom of the tank casing there are bosses on the outside, and mating holes on the shelf;

the lever mounting bracket is made on the button socket.

The invention is illustrated in the drawing. Figure 1 shows the flush tank, figure 2 is a section a-a.

The operation of the flushing tank filled with water is as follows.

When you press the button 7, the levers 8, 9, 10 change position, and the overflow pipe 5 is lifted along with the shut-off valve 6, which ensures the release of water. After water is discharged under the weight of parts 5, 6, 10, 9 and 8, the shutoff valve 6 closes the outlet of the threaded sleeve 4, and the water start button 7 returns to its original position.

The tank is made of plastic.

The housing 1, to which with the help of the threaded sleeve 4 through the elastic gaskets 11 is attached a shelf 3 having stiffeners 13. The shut-off valve 6, which rests on the seat of the threaded sleeve 4 and moves inside it, is mounted on the overflow pipe 5.

The overflow pipe 5 through a system of levers 10, 9 and 8 is connected to the start button for water 7 mounted in the lid of the tank 2.

To reduce the number of parts, the levers 8 are mounted on the bracket for fastening the levers 17 for the button 7 on the cover 2.

The bracket for attaching the levers 17 can be made in conjunction with the socket for the button 16.

The tank can also be installed on the toilet with a solid shelf. To do this, instead of a shelf 3, a nut is screwed onto the threaded sleeve 4 (the nut is not shown in the drawing), the bosses 15 are cut, and the holes 18 for mounting bolts are freed.

The stiffening ribs 14 at the bottom of the tank body 1 make it possible to achieve the necessary tightness when fastening the tank to the toilet. To start the water in the tank set float valve 12.

Flushing tank, consisting of a housing, a shelf, a cover, a drain valve, an inlet valve and a float, characterized in that the housing is connected through an elastic gasket with a threaded sleeve to a shelf having stiffeners on the bottom side, a thread is specified in the outlet of the shelf, indicated the threaded sleeve is both a saddle and a vertical guide for a shut-off valve mounted on an overflow pipe, which is connected to the water start button using levers attached to the upper end of the overflow pipe and onshteyne fastening levers manufactured together with the jack mounted in the cover of the water tank start button, a start button water. 2.
