Abstract

FIELD: food industry; medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves extraction of raw material by 20-30-% solution of ethyl alcohol in ratio raw material: solution 1: 25-30 for 20-30 h at temperature 18-25 C. Extract is filtered through sieves with cells size not more 0.3 mm. Then filtrate is concentrated at temperature 50-60 C for 2-3 h up to content of dry substances 70-80%.
