Abstract
Plant for calibration, optical sorting and automatic packaging frozen fruits and vegetables in PVC bags and cardboard packages is defined during frozen vegetable and fruit and the course of the packaging material: frozen fruits are collected through a vibratory separator (1) with sieves, by a segmented elevator (2) with blades, by a segmented elevator (3) with blades, by a segmented elevator (4) with blades on a vibratory transporter (5) which forwards the frozen fruit to a vibratory separator (6) with alternating sieves where separated are small parts and, on a segmented belt conveyor (7), taken away, and the remaining fruits are forwarded to an optical sorting device (10), which removes unsuitable fruits and forwards it to a segmented belt conveyor (11), and the remaining frozen fruits are by means of a segmented monitoring inspection belt conveyor (12) and a vibratory transporter (13), where manually separated are the remaining impurities and brought to a segmented belt elevator (14) with blades which forwards them to a vibratory forwarding unit (15) with a tank, which puts frozen fruits onto a multi-head scale unit (19), and while the multi-head scale unit weights the mass of 10 kg; the packaging in use for packing is from cardboard boxes formed in a cardboard forming press (16) and a cardboard boxes belt conveyor (17) brings them into the machine for production and inserting PVC bags into cardboard boxes (18) and by a belt conveyor (21) it is brought below the multi-head scale unit (19) where frozen product is filled and thereupon the belt conveyor (21) brings the filled packaging to the vibratory transporter (22) where shaking and evening the upper layer of the products is done and further onto the machine for closing PVC bags (23) and upon closing PVC bags to the machine to glue the boxes (24), closed and glued boxes pass through a metal detecting unit (25), where removed are packagings wherein metal is detected, and the control scale (26), to check the weight mass of the packagings, through a machine (27) to print the barcodes on the cardboard box and then to the belt conveyor (28) with webs, wherefrom packages are manually taken and packing the packed boxes onto the palettes or forwarding the ready-made packages to an automatic paletting system and enveloping it into an elastic foil, are carried out.
