Claims (11)
- 은 나노입자가 봉입된 메조포러스 실리카를 포함하는 섬유 원단의 내피 코팅용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 메조포러스 실리카는 평균 기공크기가 5 ~ 25 nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 메조포러스 실리카는 평균 입자크기가 0.5 ~ 2 μm인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 은 나노입자는 평균 입자크기가 2 ~ 3 nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅용 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 은 나노입자가 봉입된 메조포러스 실리카 1 중량부에 고분자 수지 2 ~ 20 중량부를 더 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅용 조성물.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 수지는 폴리우레탄 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅용 조성물.
- 폴리(알킬렌옥사이드)블록 코폴리머와 테트라에틸 오쏘 실리케이트를 반응시켜 평균 기공크기가 5 ~ 35 nm이고 평균 입자크기가 0.5 ~ 2 μm인 메조포러스 실리카를 제조하는 단계;메조포러스 실리카에 평균 입자크기 2 ~ 3 nm의 은 나노입자를 봉입시키는 단계; 및은 나노입자가 봉입된 메조포러스 실리카 1 중량부 및 고분자 수지 100 ~ 1000 중량부를 혼합하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 섬유 원단의 내피 코팅용 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항의 코팅용 조성물 또는 제 7 항의 방법으로 제조된 코팅용 조성물이 폴리에틸렌, 폴리에스테르, 나일론 및 면 중에서 선택된 섬유의 직물 또는 혼방직물의 내피에 도포되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 원단.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 섬유는 밀도가 0.9 ~ 1.0 g/cm3이고 인장강도가 인 2 GPa 이상이며, 인장탄성률 50 GPa 이상인 폴리에틸렌 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 원단.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 절단 보호용 장갑이나 의류 제조용인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 원단.
- 제 10 항의 섬유 원단을 원재료로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 절단 보호용 장갑 및 의류.
