Claims (7)
- 생분해성 무기재료 조성물을 제조함에 있어서,천연재료인 밀가루 40∼60 중량%, 석회석 미분말 10∼30 중량%, 셀룰로우스섬유 5∼20 중량%, 폴리에틸렌글리콜 2∼10 중량%, 기타 전분가루, 보리가루등 곡물의 미분말 5∼10 중량%, 가소제 0.5∼2 중량%, 결합제 0.1∼2 중량%, 물 10∼20 중량%의 조성비를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 무기재료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 석회석 미분말은 평균 입경이 10∼44㎛, 비표면적이 4,000∼10,000cm2/g 정도로 석회석에서 분말화시키며, 셀룰로우스 섬유는 주로 침엽수에서 추출하여 특수 가공된 지름이 0.01∼0.03mm, 길이가 2∼5mm, 인장강도가 4,000∼7,000kgf/cm2정도인 것을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 무기재료 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 천연재료는 옥수수가루, 또는 옥수수열매대 가루인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 무기재료 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 천연재료는 콩가루인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 무기재료 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 천연재료는 보리가루인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 무기재료 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 천연재료는 잡초가루인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 무기재료 조성물.
- 생분해성 무기재료 조성물에 있어서, 밀가루 40∼60 중량%, 석회석 미분말 10∼30 중량%, 셀룰로우스섬유 5∼20 중량%, 폴리에틸렌글리콜 2∼10 중량%, 전분 5∼10 중량%, 가소제 0.5∼2 중량%, 결합제 0.1∼2 중량%, 물 10∼20 중량%의 조성비로 이루어진 시트 및 펠릿형태의 조성물을 일회용 물품의 성형홀을 가진 금형틀에 주입하여 100∼250℃의 온도에서 10∼60kgf/cm2의 압력으로 1∼10분간 가압성형한 후 금형틀에서 꺼내어 20∼50℃로 강제건조시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 무기재료 조성물의 성형방법.
