- 기탁 번호 KCTC9875P호인 3-링 이상을 갖는 다환식 방향족 탄화수소의 분해능을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 마이코박테리움 에스피.(Mycobacterium sp.) C2-3.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 3-링 이상을 갖는 다환식 방향족 탄화수소가 파이렌(Pyrene), 페난트렌(Phenanthrene) 및 플루오르안센(Fluoranthene)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 마이코박테리움 에스피.(Mycobacterium sp.) C2-3.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 마이코박테리움 에스피. C2-3이 노말-알칸(n-alkane)의 분해능을 가진 것인 마이코박테리움 에스피. C2-3.
- 기탁번호 KCTC8975P호인 마이코박테리움 에스피. (Mycobacterium sp.) C2-3을 활성 성분으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유류 분해 조성물.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 조성물이 계면 활성제를 더욱 포함하는 유류 분해 조성물.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 조성물이 부식산(humic acid)을 더욱 포함하는 유류 분해 조성물.
- a) 기름으로 오염된 토양에서 시료를 채취하고,b) 채집된 시료를 파이렌이 유일 탄소원으로 들어있는 최소 배지에 첨가하여 실온에서 1 주일 이상 배양하고,c) 상기 배양액을 상기 b)의 배양 조건과 동일한 조건의 새로운 배지로 접종하는 농축 배양을 하고 C2-3 균주를 분리한 후,d) 상기 c)에서 분리된 C2-3 균주를 파이렌이 도포된 최소 고체 배지위에서 1 주일 이상 배양하고,e) 마이크로박테리움 에스피.(Mycobacterium sp.)로 동정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이코박테리움 에스피.(Mycobacterium sp.) C2-3의 제조 방법.
