Claims (5)
- ITO 금속막에 의해 덮혀진 데이터 패드와, 상기 데이터 패드와 셀 어레이부 사이에 배치되는 팬-아웃 라인을 포함하는 액정 패널의 데이터 패드부에 있어서,상기 ITO 금속막은 팬-아웃 라인 상부까지 연장되어 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 패널의 데이터 패드부.
- 데이터 패드와, 상기 데이터 패드와 셀 어레이부 사이에 배치되는 팬-아웃 라인을 포함하는 액정 패널의 데이터 패드부에 있어서,상기 데이터 패드는 데이터 라인과 분리되어, 게이트 라인의 형성시에 데이터 패드 예정 영역에 잔류시킨 게이트 라인용 금속막으로 형성되고, 상기 팬-아웃 라인 외측의 데이터 라인의 끝단과 ITO 금속막에 의해 전기적으로 연결되며, 상기 ITO 금속막은 게이트 라인용 금속막으로 형성된 데이터 패드 및 팬-아웃 라인 상부에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 패널의 데이터 패드부.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 게이트 라인용 금속막은 MoW 금속막인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 패널의 데이터 패드부.
- 데이터 패드와, 상기 데이터 패드와 셀 어레이부 사이에 배치되는 팬-아웃 라인을 포함하는 액정 패널의 데이터 패드부에 있어서,상기 데이터 패드는 데이터 라인과 분리되어, 게이트 라인의 형성시에 데이터 패드 예정 영역 및 팬-아웃 라인 예정 영역에 잔류시킨 게이트 라인용 금속막으로 형성되고, 상기 팬-아웃 라인 외측의 데이터 라인의 끝단과 ITO 금속막에 의해 전기적으로 연결됨과 동시에, 셀 어레이부에 근접된 부분에서 데이터 라인과 집적 콘택되며, 상기 ITO 금속막은 게이트 라인용 금속막으로 형성된 데이터 패드 및 팬-아웃 라인 상부에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 패널의 데이터 패드부.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 게이트 라인용 금속막은 MoW 금속막인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 패널의 데이터 패드부.
