Claims (22)
- 유체가 통과할 수 있는 덕트 (10) 가 구비된 반경 방향 부분 영역 (9) 을 갖는 허니콤체 (6) 의 제조 방법으로서, 상기 부분 영역 (9) 은 환형이고, 상기 허니콤체 (6) 는 하나 이상의 고정점 (16) 에서 외부 케이싱 튜브 (7) 에 고정되는 하나 이상의 금속층 (1, 13, 14) 으로 형성되며, 각각의 금속층 (1, 13, 14) 은 서로 접혀지는 영역 (2, 3) 을 갖고,평탄한 영역 (2) 및 구조화 영역 (3) 이 번갈아가며 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 허니콤체 (6) 의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 평탄한 영역 (2) 은 하나 이상의 제 1 영역 길이 (19) 를 갖고, 상기 구조화 영역 (3) 은 제 1 영역 길이 (19) 와 다른 하나 이상의 제 2 영역 길이 (20) 를 갖는, 허니콤체 (6) 의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 하나 이상의 층 (1, 13, 14) 은 내부 케이싱 튜브 (8) 에 연결되고, 제조 과정에서 상기 케이싱 튜브 (7, 8) 의 서로에 대한 상대적 회전이 일어나는, 허니콤체 (6) 의 제조 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 하나 이상의 층 (1, 13, 14) 과 상기 내부 케이싱 튜브 (8) 사이의 연결은 분리 가능한, 허니콤체 (6) 의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 내부 케이싱 튜브 (8) 는 회전 후에 분리되는, 허니콤체 (6) 의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,각 층 (1, 13, 14) 의 상기 영역 (2, 3) 은 접힘선 (4) 에 의해 분리되어 있고, 매 두번째 접힘선 (4) 은 상기 층 (1, 13, 14) 의 일 측에 위치하고, 하나 이상의 상기 접힘선 (4) 은 하나 이상의 고정점 (16) 을 포함하는, 허니콤체 (6) 의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 층 (1, 13, 14) 내에 주기적인 방식으로 구조화부 (18) 가 형성되고, 상기 구조화부 (18) 는 구조 반복 길이 (11, 12) 를 가지며, 상기 구조 반복 길이 (12) 는 상기 층 (1, 13, 14) 의 하나 이상의 지점에서 증가하는, 허니콤체 (6) 의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,하나 이상의 구조화 영역 (3) 내에는 하나 이상의 홈 (15) 이 형성되어 있는, 허니콤체 (6) 의 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,평탄 영역 (2) 및 구조화 영역 (3) 내에, 접힘 이후에 가지런한 (coherent) 공동 (21) 이 형성되도록 홈 (15) 이 형성되는, 허니콤체 (6) 의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,층 (1, 13, 14) 을 한정하는 구조화 영역 (3) 은 다른 영역들보다 짧게 되어 있는, 허니콤체 (6) 의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 고정점 (16) 에서 상기 층 (1, 13, 14) 의 고정은 물질적 결합 공정에 의해 일어나는, 허니콤체 (6) 의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 허니콤체 (6) 의 적어도 부분 영역에서 물질적 결합 방식으로 다음:a) 내부 케이싱 튜브 (8) 에 대한 층 (1, 13, 14) 의 연결;b) 외부 케이싱 튜브 (7) 에 대한 층 (1, 13, 14) 의 연결;c) 층(1, 13, 14) 자신에 대한 연결 및,d) 인접한 층 (1, 14) 에 대한 층 (1, 13) 의 연결중 하나 이상의 연결이 이루어지는, 허니콤체 (6) 의 제조 방법.
- 유체가 통과할 수 있는 덕트 (10) 가 구비된 반경 방향 부분 영역 (9) 을 갖는 허니콤체 (6) 로서,상기 부분 영역 (9) 은 환형이고, 상기 허니콤체 (6) 는 외부 케이싱 튜브 (7) 에 대해 하나 이상의 고정점 (16) 에서 고정되는 하나 이상의 금속층 (1, 13, 14) 으로 형성되며, 각각의 금속층 (1, 13, 14) 은 서로 접혀지는 영역 (2, 3) 을 갖고,평탄한 영역 (2) 및 구조화 영역 (3) 이 번갈아가며 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니콤체 (6).
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 평탄한 영역 (2) 및 구조화 영역 (3) 은 인벌류트 곡선을 갖는 허니콤체 (6).
- 제 13 항 또는 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 평탄 영역 (2) 은 하나 이상의 제 1 영역 길이 (19) 를 갖고, 상기 구조화 영역 (3) 은 상기 제 1 영역 길이 (19) 와는 다른 하나 이상의 제 2 영역 길이 (20) 를 갖는 허니콤체 (6).
- 제 13 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,하나 이상의 층 (1) 이 적어도 부분 영역에서 연결되는 내부 케이싱 튜브 (8) 가 형성되는 허니콤체 (6).
- 제 13 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,각 층 (1, 13, 14) 의 영역 (2, 3) 은 접힘선 (4) 에 의해 분리되어 있고, 매 두번째 접힘선 (4) 은 상기 층 (1, 13, 14) 의 일 측에 위치하며, 하나 이상의 상기 접힘선 (4) 은 적어도 부분 영역에서 상기 외부 케이싱 튜브 (7) 에 연결되는 허니콤체 (6).
