Claims (10)
- ハウジング(2)と、複数のチャネル(4)を有するハニカム構造体(3)とを少なくとも備えるハニカム体(1)であって、
前記ハニカム構造体(3)は、前記ハニカム構造体(3)を固定するために、連結点(6)を形成する少なくとも1つの少なくとも部分的に構造化された金属層(5)を有して形成され、前記ハニカム構造体(3)の断面(8)は、連結点(6)を有する半径方向の3つの領域(9、10、11)を有し、
さらに、少なくとも1つの領域(9、10、11)において、前記少なくとも1つの少なくとも部分的に構造化された金属層(5)の内部接触点(7)の少なくとも1%から最大で20%が、前記断面(8)において連結点(6)を形成し、異なるチャネルの断面(12)を有するチャネル(4)が、前記3つの半径方向の領域(9、10、11)において形成される、ハニカム体(1)。 - 1つの半径方向の領域(9、10、11)において、少なくとも1つの他の半径方向の領域におけるよりも高い内部接触点(7)の密度が、前記ハニカム構造体(3)の断面領域のユニットごとに提供される、請求項1に記載のハニカム体(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの少なくとも部分的に構造化された金属層(5)に沿って見ると、前記連結点(6)の密度は、1つの半径方向の領域(9、10、11)において、少なくとも1つの他の半径方向の領域におけるよりも高い、請求項1または請求項2に記載のハニカム体(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの少なくとも部分的に構造化された金属層(5)の異なる外形(13)が、少なくとも1つの他の半径方向の領域ではなく、1つの半径方向の領域(9、10、11)において提供される、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のハニカム体(1)。
- 1つの半径方向の領域(9、10、11)において、前記チャネルの断面(12)は、前記チャネル(4)内で隆起する隆起部(14)によって影響を受ける、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のハニカム体(1)。
- 1つの半径方向の領域(9、10、11)において、前記チャネルの断面(12)は、前記少なくとも部分的に構造化された金属層(5)の構造体(17)の、変化のある幅(15)または高さ(16)のために影響を受ける、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のハニカム体(1)。
- 1つの半径方向の領域(9、10、11)において、前記連結点(6)は、前記ハニカム構造体(3)の円周方向(19)における広がり(18)を有して形成される、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のハニカム体(1)。
- 前記ハニカム構造体(3)は、少なくとも1つの半径方向の領域(9、10、11)において、コーティング(20)を有して形成される、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載のハニカム体(1)。
- 前記ハニカム構造体(3)は、複数の少なくとも部分的に構造化された金属層(5)を有して形成され、これら金属層の全ては、それらの両端部(21)で、前記ハウジング(2)と接し、かつ、限られた広がりで、軸方向に、前記ハウジング(2)と連結される、請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載のハニカム体(1)。
