Abstract

PURPOSE:To administer an accurate amount of a drug only to the affected part or the periphery thereof, by administering the liquid drug to the affected part in the form of a fine liquid droplet by generating air bubbles by the excitation of a piezoelectric element or heat. CONSTITUTION:The light emitted from a light source 10 passes through an optical fiber 7 to irradiate the affected part A from a light signal irradiation part 16. The reflected light enters a light signal input part 2 and passes through an optical fiber 6 to be sent to a detector 11 having a sensor mounted therein.
