Abstract
PURPOSE:To administer an accurate amount of a drug only to the affected part or the periphery thereof, by administering the liquid drug to the affected part in the form of a fine liquid droplet by generating air bubbles by the excitation of a piezoelectric element or heat. CONSTITUTION:The light emitted from a light source 10 passes through an optical fiber 7 to irradiate the affected part A from a light signal irradiation part 16. The reflected light enters a light signal input part 2 and passes through an optical fiber 6 to be sent to a detector 11 having a sensor mounted therein. The signal characteristic to the affected part is preliminarily stored in the detector 11. By this constitution, the reflectivity corresponding to the affected part A is shown and, when it is determined to have occurred from the affected part, the signal of said detector passes through a signal cable 12 to enter a liquid supply control part 13 and passes through a signal transmitting cord 8 to sent an ON-signal to a piezoelectric element and a liquid drug is injected from a leading end nozzle 3. Herein, the amount of the liquid drug to be injected is predetermined by performing operation turning the piezoelectric element ON/OFF a predetermined number of times when the affected part is determined. The liquid drug is supplied from a liquid drug tank 14 through a liquid supply pipe 9.
