Description
Claims (27)
- カニューレと、プッシュロッドと、制御配置機構と、前記制御配置機構に解放可能に取り付けられた埋め込み型装置とを備え、当該埋め込み型装置をターゲット組織の壁に埋め込むための配置システムであって、
前記プッシュロッド、前記制御配置機構、及び前記埋め込み型装置が、前記カニューレ内に含まれ、
事前に選択された負の力の制限を有する前記制御配置機構は、前記プッシュロッドの遠端部に配されるとともに、前記プッシュロッドが後退した時に前記負の力の制限に達すると、前記埋め込み型装置を制御可能に解放するように構成された、配置システム。
- 前記埋め込み型装置がセンサである、請求項1に記載の配置システム。
- 前記埋め込み型装置が治療薬を含む、請求項1に記載の配置システム。
- 前記センサが血圧を監視するようになされた、請求項2に記載の配置システム。
- 前記センサが化学的性質を監視するようになされた、請求項2に記載の配置システム。
- 前記カニューレの外径が1G〜50Gである、請求項1に記載の配置システム。
- 前記カニューレの内径が0.01〜20mmである、請求項1に記載の配置システム。
- 前記カニューレが、その側壁にオリフィスを有する、請求項1に記載の配置システム。
- 前記プッシュロッドの長さが1〜200cmである、請求項1に記載の配置システム。
- 前記プッシュロッドが、埋め込み型装置の保護のための逆円錐体を備える、請求項1に記載の配置システム。
- 前記プッシュロッドがその遠端部にヒンジを備え、当該ヒンジが、受動ヒンジと、オペレータによって制御可能なヒンジとから成るグループから選択される、請求項1に記載の配置システム。
- 前記制御配置機構が、前記埋め込み型装置を制御可能に配置するための機械的手段と、前記埋め込み型装置を制御可能に配置するための磁気的手段と、前記埋め込み型装置を制御可能に配置するための接着手段と、前記埋め込み型装置を制御可能に配置するためのポリマー手段とから成るグループから選択される、請求項1に記載の配置システム。
- 前記配置システムがニードルをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の配置システム。
- 前記ニードルが前記カニューレ内に配置され、前記カニューレを通して後退可能である、請求項13に記載の配置システム。
- 前記埋め込み型装置が取付け部材を備える、請求項1に記載の配置システム。
- 前記取付け部材が、少なくとも1つのタックと、脚付きリングとから成るグループから選択される、請求項15に記載の配置システム。
- 前記取付け部材が、当該取付け部材に取り付けられた少なくとも1つの移動可能なバーブを有する、請求項16に記載の配置システム。
- フォースメータをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の配置システム。
- 前記オリフィスに対向する前記カニューレ内に押し部材をさらに備える、請求項8に記載の配置システム。
- 前記負の力の制限は、前記埋め込み型装置を適切に埋め込むために必要な力以下である、請求項1に記載の配置システム。
- 前記負の力の制限は、1グラムから1キログラムの範囲である、請求項20に記載の配置システム。
- 前記取付け部材は、2つ以上の脚を備えるリングを含み、当該2つ以上の脚は、それぞれ複数のセグメントを有する、請求項15に記載の配置システム。
- 前記複数のセグメントは、垂直部分と、横方向部分と、取付部分とを備える、請求項22に記載の配置システム。
- 前記2つ以上の脚は、それぞれバーブを備える、請求項23に記載の配置システム。
- 前記垂直部分と前記横方向部分は、谷および山を作成するように交互に配置される、請求項23に記載の配置システム。
- 前記2つ以上の脚は、ニチノールを含む、請求項22に記載の配置システム。
- 前記化学的性質は、カリウムイオン濃度と、ナトリウムイオン濃度と、ブドウ糖レベルと、ホルモンレベルとから成るグループから選択される、請求項5に記載の配置システム。
