Description
Claims (15)
- 生体内における少なくとも1つの生理学的又はその他の変数を血管内で測定するためのセンサ・ガイド・ワイヤであって、
近位領域と、前記近位領域の遠位側に配置された遠位センサ領域と、前記遠位センサ領域の遠位側に配置された先端領域と、
前記変数を測定し、前記変数に応じたセンサ信号を生成するように構成されたセンサ部を備え、前記センサ領域に配置された少なくとも1つのセンサ素子と、
前記センサ・ガイド・ワイヤの前記近位領域の少なくとも一部に沿って伸びる近位コア部と、前記センサ・ガイド・ワイヤの前記先端領域の少なくとも一部に沿って延びる先端コア部を備えるコアと、を備え、
前記近位コア部は、非形状記憶材料、又は変態温度が37℃以下である形状記憶材料からなり、
前記先端コア部の少なくとも一部は、40℃〜70℃の範囲内の変態温度を有する形状記憶材料からなるように構成されたことを特徴とするセンサ・ガイド・ワイヤ。 - 前記先端コア部の全長の少なくとも25%が、40℃〜70℃の範囲内の変態温度を有する前記形状記憶材料からなる請求項1に記載のセンサ・ガイド・ワイヤ。
- 前記先端コア部の全長の少なくとも50%が、40℃〜70℃の範囲内の変態温度を有する前記形状記憶材料からなる請求項1に記載のセンサ・ガイド・ワイヤ。
- 前記先端コア部の残り部分は、非形状記憶材料、又は変態温度が37℃以下である形状記憶材料からなる請求項1に記載のセンサ・ガイド・ワイヤ。
- 40℃〜70℃の範囲内の変態温度を有する前記形状記憶材料は、前記非形状記憶材料、又は変態温度が37℃以下である前記形状記憶材料からなる前記先端コア部の残り部分に対し遠位側に配置される請求項4に記載のセンサ・ガイド・ワイヤ。
- 40℃〜70℃の範囲内の変態温度を有する前記形状記憶材料は、前記非形状記憶材料、又は変態温度が37℃以下である前記形状記憶材料からなる前記先端コア部の残り部分の少なくとも遠位部上に外層として配置される請求項4に記載のセンサ・ガイド・ワイヤ。
- 前記先端コア部の残り部分の材料は、ステンレス鋼である請求項4に記載のセンサ・ガイド・ワイヤ。
- 前記先端コア部の残り部分の材料は、超弾性又は線形弾性ニチノールである請求項4に記載のセンサ・ガイド・ワイヤ。
- 40℃〜70℃の範囲内の変態温度を有する前記形状記憶材料は、ニチノールである請求項1に記載のセンサ・ガイド・ワイヤ。
- 40℃〜70℃の範囲内の変態温度を有する前記形状記憶材料は、形状記憶ポリマである請求項1に記載のセンサ・ガイド・ワイヤ。
- 前記先端コア部は、前記近位コア部と一体である請求項1に記載のセンサ・ガイド・ワイヤ。
- 前記先端コア部は、前記近位コア部から分離されており、接着剤、溶接、半田付け、機械的接続又はスエージングのうち少なくとも1つによりジャケットに取り付けられた請求項1に記載のセンサ・ガイド・ワイヤ。
- 前記先端コア部は、接着剤、溶接、半田付け、機械的接続、スエージングのうち少なくとも1つによりコアの残り部分に取り付けられた請求項1に記載のセンサ・ガイド・ワイヤ。
- 前記近位コア部は、ステンレス鋼からなる請求項1に記載のセンサ・ガイド・ワイヤ。
- 前記近位コア部は、超弾性ニチノール又は線形弾性ニチノールからなる請求項1に記載のセンサ・ガイド・ワイヤ。
