Abstract

L’invention présente un procédé de gestion d’un système de commerce électronique comprenant des étapes de commandes en ligne, des étapes de gestion des ordres de livraison dans une consigne électronique comportant l’allocation d’un compartiment de livraison et l’émission d’un message comportant un identifiant du compartiment alloué à l’utilisateur et au livreur, et des étapes de gestion du retrait des articles entreposés dans ladite consigne électronique revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que ledit serveur central commande l’allocation d’un même identifiant de compartiment à une pluralité de commandes d’un même utilisateur émises dans un intervalle de temps compris entre la livraison d’une première commande et le retrait de ladite première commande, et la transmission dudit identifiant au livreur d’au moins une seconde commande ainsi qu’audit utilisateur.
