Abstract
The draining box comprises a body (1) defining a hollow internal space, where a wall of the body presents slits (3) communicating an outside of the box with an interior, and a suction strainer (4) that is arranged in the interior and presents grooves (5) communicating an outside of the strainer with an interior, where the grooves are smaller in size than that of the slit of the body. The grooves and/or the slits are arranged in series. The suction strainer includes a pipe (8) for evacuation of a vintage juice collected inside the suction strainer. The pipe crosses a wall of the box. The draining box comprises a body (1) defining a hollow internal space, where a wall of the body has slits (3) communicating an outside of the box with an interior, a suction strainer (4) that is arranged in the interior and presents grooves (5) communicating an outside of the strainer with an interior, where the grooves are smaller in size than that of the slit of the body. The grooves and/or the slits are arranged in series. The suction strainer includes a pipe (8) for evacuation of a vintage juice collected inside the suction strainer. The pipe crosses a wall of the box. The suction strainer extends over an entire length from the box and has a cylindrical form. The suction strainer comprises longitudinal ends to form an additional unit cooperant with an envisaged unit on each lateral wall of the body for solidarization of the suction strainer to the body. The box further comprises: a fixing unit for fixing the suction strainer to the body; and a handling unit to set up in or removal of the box out of a tank. The suction strainer is approximately hollow by forming an internal vacuum space. A screw-plug is envisaged to one of the longitudinal ends of the strainer to seal the internal space during operation of the suction strainer. The screw-plug gives an access to the internal space of the strainer when removed for cleaning the internal space.
