Abstract
Starting from a laminar, impermeable body 1, with a thin inner covering and a configuration suited for shaping to the crutch of the user and its fastening around the user's waist, it incorporates, in its median zone, elastic, annular gathering (shirring) 5, forming a lower bulging 7, which forms a type of collection bag (pouch) 8 for faecal excrement, the inside of this bulging 7 containing a compress (towel, napkin) 9 or any other absorbent element of any suitable conventional type which forms the actual element for receiving the aforesaid excrement and which can be changed, allowing reuse of the nappy. Complementarily, next to this annular gathering 5, immediately in front of it, there is an orifice 10 with its elastically contractible opening 11 which is intended to be fitted (adapted) to the male genitalia in a situation of total emergence thereof outside, or, as appropriate, allowing the passage of a female adapter/collector, so that, in any case, the urinary excretion emerges outside the nappy in order to be collected via the corresponding cannula in an incontinence bag.
