LA PRESENTE INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN METODO DE LAVADO DE PASTA DE PAPEL EN CONEXION CON EL BLANQUEADO, EN EL CUAL LA PASTA SE BLANQUEA EN UN PRIMER SISTEMA DE BLANQUEADO, SE LAVA EN UNA PRIMERA LAVADORA, SE BLANQUEA EN UN SEGUNDO SISTEMA DE BLANQUEADO, Y SE LAVA EN UNA SEGUNDA LAVADORA, DE TAL FORMA QUE EL LIQUIDO DE LAVADO SE RECIRCULA DESDE DICHA SEGUNDA LAVADORA HASTA DICHA PRIMERA LAVADORA, EN CONTRACORRIENTE RESPECTO AL FLUJO DE PULPA. DICHO METODO SE CARACTERIZA PORQUE SE INTRODUCE LIQUIDO DE LAVADO EN DICHA SEGUNDA LAVADORA, PARA LAVAR LA PULPA QUE LLEGA DESDE DICHO SEGUNDO SISTEMA DE BLANQUEADO, DESPLAZANDO CON DICHO LIQUIDO DE LAVADO AL MENOS DOS FILTRADOS DISTINTOS, RECOGIENDO DICHOS FILTRADOS SEPARADAMENTE, Y UTILIZANDO DICHOS FILTRADOS SEPARADAMENTE, AGUAS ARRIBA RESPECTO A DICHA SEGUNDA LAVADORA, COMO LIQUIDOS DE LAVADO.THE PRESENT INVENTION REFERS TO A METHOD OF PAPER PASTE WASHING IN CONNECTION WITH THE WHITENING, IN WHICH THE PASTE IS WHITENED IN A FIRST BLEACHING SYSTEM, WASHED IN A FIRST WASHING MACHINE, BLEACHED IN A SECOND BLEACHING SYSTEM, AND IT WAS WASHED IN A SECOND WASHER, SO THAT WASHING LIQUID IS RECYCLED FROM SUCH SECOND WASHER TO SUCH FIRST WASHER, IN CONTRACORRENT REGARDING PULP FLOW. SUCH METHOD IS CHARACTERIZED BECAUSE WASHING LIQUID IS INTRODUCED IN SUCH SECOND WASHING MACHINE, TO WASH THE PULP THAT ARRIVES FROM SUCH SECOND BLEACHING SYSTEM, DISPLACING WITH SUCH LIQUID WASHING LESS AT LEAST TWO DIFFERENT FILTERS SEPARATED FILTERED , WATERS UP REGARDING SUCH SECOND WASHER, AS WASHING LIQUIDS.
