METODO DE CRISTALIZACION DE ENZIMAS. EL METODO DE CRISTALIZACION DE ENZIMAS ESTA CARACTERIZADO POR EL HECHO DE QUE UNA ENZIMA ACUOSA QUE CONTIENE LIQUIDO CON UNA PUREZA ENZIMATICA RELATIVAMENTE ALTA Y CON UNA CONCENTRACION DE PROTEINA ENZIMATICA PURA DE AL MENOS 5 G/L DE LA ENZIMA QUE CONTIENE LIQUIDO SE UTILIZA COMO UNA MATERIA PRIMA, Y EN QUE UN AGENTE DE CRISTALIZACION, EL CUAL ES UNA SAL FACILMENTE SOLUBLE DE TIPO NO HALURO SE AÑADE A LA MATERIA PRIMA PARA UNA CONCENTRACION FINAL QUE ES CONSIDERABLEMENTE INFERIOR A LA CONCENTRACION NECESARIA PARA PRECIPITAR LAS ENZIMAS EN UNA FORMA AMORFA.
