Definitions
- the invention relates to a fastening profile for fastening a luminous body, in particular an emergency exit and escape route, on a wall or ceiling comprising a first and a second profile element, wherein the first profile element has at least two legs which enclose an angle of approximately 90 degrees and the second profile element has fastening means for fixing a luminous body.
- the invention further relates to a lighting device, comprising a base body for fixing the lighting device to a wall or ceiling and a luminous body with at least one light source.
- the fastening means consist mostly of basic bodies which receive one or more filaments and are fastened to a wall or ceiling by means of screws.
- Some luminous bodies extend over the base body and have a preferred orientation, for example because the luminous body has a pattern to be recognized by an observer or an inscription to be read by an observer, an identification or marking.
- the attachment to a ceiling with a different body than the attachment to a wall since the body otherwise would have on two of its side surfaces breakthroughs, in which the screws can be arranged for attachment.
- this would adversely affect the appearance of the body.
- two different basic body are used for wall mounting and ceiling mounting of such a filament.
- this has the considerable disadvantage that such a luminaire attached to a wall can not be fixed by means of the same body to a ceiling or vice versa.
- An example of such a light body extending over the base body is an illuminated emergency exit or escape route sign.
- Emergency exit and emergency exit signs are legally required by the accident prevention regulations in Germany.
- there may be a change in the escape route leading to the emergency exits at any time so that the emergency exit and emergency exit signs must be removed and re-attached at a new location.
- an emergency exit or escape route guide which was previously attached to a wall, must now be attached to a ceiling or vice versa.
- NotlichtSchrifttransparent is known, which is provided for attachment to a ceiling and consists of a base plate with two fastening profiles, wherein the second fastening profile is provided for receiving an acrylic glass pane.
- the acrylic glass pane is fastened in the second fastening element, which is round, whereby light is radiated into the plexiglass from above.
- the first fastening element serves to receive the second fastening element and has a semicircular recess in which the second fastening element rests after assembly.
- an emergency light-writing transparency which is provided for attachment to a wall and which has a base plate, a cover and two light emission windows.
- the first light exit window is on the surface opposite the base plate arranged the cover and the second exit window is arranged on the floor facing the surface of the cover, wherein the first light exit window has the shape of a lettering and the second light exit window is formed as a gap.
- On the base plate two lamps and a power supply unit are arranged, which are surrounded by the cover, which has approximately the shape of a box open on one side.
- the base body as a base plate and the luminous body as a cover are arranged within which lighting means.
- the filament has due to the lettering on a preferred orientation and can usefully be attached only to a wall.
- FIG. 1 Another known from the prior art emergency exit and escape route is in the FIG. 1 and comprises a cuboid base body and a light body received by the base body and extending downward therefrom, wherein the light body consists of a light body with an emergency exit or escape route marking and a light source.
- the luminous means is arranged in the base body and illuminates the luminous body.
- the main body of such an emergency exit and escape route guide has openings on either the upper or on a lateral surface, by means of which the basic body can be fastened either to a wall or to a ceiling. Also bel this emergency exit and escape route guide is therefore the problem that it is intended either for wall mounting or for ceiling mounting and can be transferred from a wall mounting to a ceiling mounting only by replacing the body.
- a second surface of the body could also be apertured, but this would adversely affect the appearance of the emergency exit and escape route sign. Therefore, the body is usually replaced in such a situation, which adversely affects the cost of redesigning an escape route.
- the openings may be partially closed and subsequently opened by pressing out with a tool. However, this option is only possible once and will lead, for example, in the transition from a wall mount to a ceiling mount to laterally open breakthroughs. As far as the body is made of a metal separates this possibility also because in any case a cutting tool would be required.
- the invention has for its object to provide a base body for a generic luminous body, which is suitable for both a Wall mounting as well as for ceiling mounting is suitable and has only one surface breakthroughs for attachment of the body to a wall or ceiling.
- the object of the invention is also to provide a lighting device which is suitable for both a wall mounting and a ceiling mounting and thereby has a perfect appearance.

- a connection between the first and the second profile element is effected by telescoping the two profile elements parallel to their main extension direction and also a release of the two profile elements is effected by pushing apart of the first and the second profile element parallel to its main extension direction.
- the connecting elements are dimensionally stable, so that it can not come to an unintentional release of the two profile elements from each other.
- One leg of the first profile element has openings, by means of which the fastening profile on a wall or ceiling can be fixed.
- the special feature of the fastening profile according to the invention is that a transfer from a wall mounting to a ceiling mounting quickly and easily by pushing apart the two profile elements, rotation of the first profile element about an axis perpendicular to its main extension direction by 180 degrees, rotation of the first profile element about an axis parallel to its main extension direction by 90 degrees and then telescoping the two profile elements, wherein in each case a first connecting element engages correspondingly in a second connecting element can take place.
- the first connecting elements of the first profile element in the horizontal direction and in the vertical direction at the same distance from each other, so that the first connecting elements engage in the second connecting elements of the second profile element corresponding to two axes oriented perpendicular to each other even after rotation of the first profile element.
- a transfer of the fastening profile according to the invention from a wall to a ceiling mounting or vice versa can therefore be done quickly and easily, wherein the joining of the two profile elements together and the release of the two profile elements from each other without a connecting mechanism of moving parts is effected.
- a connecting mechanism of moving parts would disadvantageously increase the production cost and thus the manufacturing cost.
- the first connecting elements are respectively arranged at end portions of the legs of the first profile element.
- the second profile element facing surfaces of the legs of the first profile element are largely free, so that the openings for fixing the fastening profile can be made different sizes and beyond electronic components can be arranged on the leg, which has no openings.

Description
The invention relates to a fastening profile for fastening a luminous body, in particular an emergency exit and escape route, on a wall or ceiling comprising a first and a second profile element, wherein the first profile element has at least two legs which enclose an angle of approximately 90 degrees and the second profile element has fastening means for fixing a luminous body. The invention further relates to a lighting device, comprising a base body for fixing the lighting device to a wall or ceiling and a luminous body with at least one light source.
From the prior art fastening means for fixing a filament to a wall or ceiling are known. The fastening means consist mostly of basic bodies which receive one or more filaments and are fastened to a wall or ceiling by means of screws. Some luminous bodies extend over the base body and have a preferred orientation, for example because the luminous body has a pattern to be recognized by an observer or an inscription to be read by an observer, an identification or marking. In such luminaries, the attachment to a ceiling with a different body than the attachment to a wall, since the body otherwise would have on two of its side surfaces breakthroughs, in which the screws can be arranged for attachment. However, this would adversely affect the appearance of the body. For this reason, two different basic body are used for wall mounting and ceiling mounting of such a filament. However, this has the considerable disadvantage that such a luminaire attached to a wall can not be fixed by means of the same body to a ceiling or vice versa.
An example of such a light body extending over the base body is an illuminated emergency exit or escape route sign. Emergency exit and emergency exit signs are legally required by the accident prevention regulations in Germany. However, when redesigning the use of space or premises, there may be a change in the escape route leading to the emergency exits at any time, so that the emergency exit and emergency exit signs must be removed and re-attached at a new location. It may turn out that an emergency exit or escape route guide, which was previously attached to a wall, must now be attached to a ceiling or vice versa. With the known from the prior art basic bodies for fixing a filament this is not possible without adversely affecting the appearance of the body, for example, by arranging additional holes in the body.

The invention has for its object to provide a base body for a generic luminous body, which is suitable for both a Wall mounting as well as for ceiling mounting is suitable and has only one surface breakthroughs for attachment of the body to a wall or ceiling. The object of the invention is also to provide a lighting device which is suitable for both a wall mounting and a ceiling mounting and thereby has a perfect appearance.
To solve the problem, a fastening profile is provided, wherein the legs of the first profile element in cross section have the same length and each have a dimensionally stable, first connecting element and the second profile element has two rigid, second connecting elements, wherein the first connecting elements in the horizontal direction and in vertical Direction the same distance from each other and each have a first connecting element and a second connecting element engage in a corresponding manner. Further advantageous embodiments of the invention will become apparent from the dependent claims.
According to the invention, a connection between the first and the second profile element is effected by telescoping the two profile elements parallel to their main extension direction and also a release of the two profile elements is effected by pushing apart of the first and the second profile element parallel to its main extension direction. The connecting elements are dimensionally stable, so that it can not come to an unintentional release of the two profile elements from each other. When pushing together of the first and second profile element engages in each case a first connecting element in a second connecting element corresponding, without a manual determination of the first profile element must be made on the second profile element, so that the fastening profile according to the invention is particularly easy to use. One leg of the first profile element has openings, by means of which the fastening profile on a wall or ceiling can be fixed. The special feature of the fastening profile according to the invention is that a transfer from a wall mounting to a ceiling mounting quickly and easily by pushing apart the two profile elements, rotation of the first profile element about an axis perpendicular to its main extension direction by 180 degrees, rotation of the first profile element about an axis parallel to its main extension direction by 90 degrees and then telescoping the two profile elements, wherein in each case a first connecting element engages correspondingly in a second connecting element can take place. Correspondingly, the first connecting elements of the first profile element in the horizontal direction and in the vertical direction at the same distance from each other, so that the first connecting elements engage in the second connecting elements of the second profile element corresponding to two axes oriented perpendicular to each other even after rotation of the first profile element. A transfer of the fastening profile according to the invention from a wall to a ceiling mounting or vice versa can therefore be done quickly and easily, wherein the joining of the two profile elements together and the release of the two profile elements from each other without a connecting mechanism of moving parts is effected. A connecting mechanism of moving parts would disadvantageously increase the production cost and thus the manufacturing cost.
In a further embodiment of the fastening profile according to the invention can be provided that the first connecting elements are respectively arranged at end portions of the legs of the first profile element. In this embodiment, the second profile element facing surfaces of the legs of the first profile element are largely free, so that the openings for fixing the fastening profile can be made different sizes and beyond electronic components can be arranged on the leg, which has no openings.
Furthermore, it can be provided that extend the first and the second connecting elements substantially over the entire length of the first profile element and the second profile element. In this embodiment, the pushing together of the two profile elements is particularly simple and the connection of both profile elements is very reliable, since the connecting elements can only be bent by a very strong external action.
The correspondingly engaging fasteners may have different geometric configurations. Thus, it can be provided that the first connecting elements in cross-section have two sections which enclose an angle of substantially 90 degrees and the second connecting elements in cross-section three sections, each section with its adjacent portion forms an angle of substantially 90 degrees , In this embodiment, both the first connecting elements and the second connecting elements in the form of a square hook. However, it can also be provided that the first connecting elements and the second connecting elements consist of a curved section, so that the first connecting elements and the second connecting elements have the shape of a hook with a curved course. These embodiments are equivalent in terms of their effect, but may differ with regard to the manufacturing costs of the fastening profile, which depend on the chosen material of which the first profile element and the second profile element consist.
Furthermore, the first connection elements can be integrated with the first profile element and the second connection elements can be integrated with the second profile element be formed. In this embodiment, the connecting elements are not individual components which would have to be connected to the profile elements during the production of the fastening profile. The one-piece molding of the connecting elements to the profile elements therefore reduces the manufacturing cost of the fastening profile. Thus, the profile elements can be produced together with the respective connecting elements in a single manufacturing process, for example by means of compression molding or extrusion.
Furthermore, it can be provided that the second profile element has two legs which approximately enclose an angle of 90 degrees, wherein a leg has a profile structure as a fastening means. In this embodiment, the second profile element as the first profile element on two legs which enclose an angle of 90 degrees. However, a leg of the second profile element additionally has a profile structure as a fastening means for a luminous element. The profile structure can be integrally formed on the leg of the second profile element or attached thereto, for example by means of screws. The profile structure serves as a fastening means for a luminous body to be connected to the fastening profile, it being possible for the profile structure to have a recess for accommodating a filament. It can be provided that at least one wall surrounding the recess of the profile structure has a recess into which a screw for fixing the filament is screwed. The recess is preferably arranged on an end face of the second profile element and extends in the main direction of extension of the recess of the profile structure, wherein the head of a screw placed in the recess projects beyond the wall in which the recess is arranged, and thereby slipping out in the Recess arranged filament prevented.
In a preferred embodiment, it is provided that the recess extends over the entire length of the recess and a luminous body is mounted in the recess by means of cotter pins, which protrude into the recess. In this embodiment, splints are arranged in the luminous body, which extend beyond this, so that the split pins protrude into the recess when the luminous body is inserted into the recess of the profile structure. When the filament is completely inserted into the recess, a screw is finally arranged in the recess, wherein the screw head prevents the filament from slipping out. The filament is supported by the split pins in the recess, so that the filament can not fall out of the recess due to gravity or any other pulling action.
In a preferred embodiment, it is further provided that the first profile element and / or the second profile element on the inside has a Anformung on which a voltage converter and / or a voltage source can be fastened, wherein the Anformung of two spaced apart, in cross-section L-shaped webs exists whose free ends are oriented in opposite directions. The webs serve as a contact surface for said electrical components, wherein in the intermediate space between the two L-shaped webs, a screw can be arranged, which fixes said electrical components to the webs. The spaces bounding the gap of the two webs may have grooves, which facilitates screwing a screw into the space and increase their support.
Furthermore, the first profile element and / or the second profile element preferably consists of an aluminum or a plastic. Aluminum has the advantage that it is particularly lightweight and comparatively inexpensive, whereby the two profile elements can be produced by means of compression molding. Plastics are also very light and allow cost-effective production of the two profile elements, for example by means of an extrusion process.
According to the invention a lighting device comprising a base body for fixing the lighting device to a wall or ceiling and a luminous body is formed from the fastening profile described above, wherein the base body has a fastening profile with the above-described embodiments. In this case, the luminous element may comprise a luminous means as a separate component, wherein the luminous element may extend beyond the fastening profile. The lighting device designed in this way can be used, for example, as an emergency exit and escape route indicator if the luminous element is provided with a graphic emergency exit marking or marking. The lighting means may be light bulbs, fluorescent tubes or light-emitting diodes, wherein the light emitted by the light source illuminates the light body from the inside or from the outside. However, the illuminant can also be a carrier with light-emitting diodes arranged thereon, which face the luminous body and which illuminate the luminous body from the inside or the outside, so that an emergency exit and / or escape route marking or marking, if appropriate, arranged on the filament is widely visible in the dark.
The luminous element can essentially consist of a transparent or translucent material, so that light can pass through the luminous element and is visible from the outside. In this embodiment, the luminous body is preferably illuminated from the inside by the luminous means, whereby the light passes through the luminous body, so that it is widely visible on the filament, in particular in the dark, together with any emergency exit and / or escape route marking or marking.
