- die erste Glühwendel transversal zur Referenzachse und die zweite Glühwendel im wesentlichen parallel zur Referenzachse ausgerichtet ist,
- der Lampensockel Mittel zum lagerichtigen Einbau der Glühlampe in einen Kraftfahrzeugscheinwerfer besitzt,
- eine im Lampengefäß angeordnete Abblendkappe zur Abschattung eines Teils des von der zweiten Glühwendel emittierten Lichtes,
- die der Abblendkappe zugewandte Kante des auf die Projektionsebene projizierten Abbildes der zweiten Glühwendel über die gesamte Länge der zweiten Glühwendel zwischen der Referenzachse und der Abblendkappe angeordnet ist, und
- die der Abblendkappe zugewandte Kante des im Maßstab 1:1 auf die Projektionsebene projizierten Abbildes der zweiten Glühwendel einen vorgegebenen Abstand zur Referenzachse besitzt.

Claims (8)
- Glühlampe für Kraftfahrzeugscheinwerfer, wobei die Glühlampe folgende Merkmale aufweist:ein lichtdurchlässiges Lampengefäß (1) mit einer darin angeordneten ersten Glühwendel (3) und einer darin angeordneten zweiten Glühwendel (2),einem Lampensockel (9), in dem das Lampengefäß (1) verankert ist, wobei der Lampensockel (9) eine Referenzebene (B) definiert und eine senkrecht zur Referenzebene (B) ausgerichtete, als Referenzachse (A) dienende Längsachse besitzt, bezüglich der zumindest die zweite Glühwendel (2) ausgerichtet ist,die erste Glühwendel transversal zur Referenzachse und die zweite Glühwendel im wesentlichen parallel zur Referenzachse ausgerichtet ist,der Lampensockel Mittel (11, 11a, 11b) zum lagerichtigen Einbau der Glühlampe in einen Kraftfahrzeugscheinwerfer besitzt,eine im Lampengefäß (1) angeordnete Abblendkappe (4) zur Abschattung eines Teils des von der zweiten Glühwendel (2) emittierten Lichtes,die der Abblendkappe (4) zugewandte Kante (2a) des auf die Projektionsebene (E) projizierten Abbildes der zweiten Glühwendel (2) über die gesamte Länge der zweiten Glühwendel (2) zwischen der Referenzachse (A) und der Abblendkappe (4) angeordnet ist, unddie der Abblendkappe (4) zugewandte Kante (2a) des im Maßstab 1:1 auf die Projektionsebene (E) projizierten Abbildes der zweiten Glühwendel (2) einen vorgegebenen Abstand zur Referenzachse (A) besitzt.
- Glühlampe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wert des vorgegebenen Abstands mit einer Genauigkeit von ± 0,3 mm festgelegt ist.
- Glühlampe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem näher an der Referenzebene (B) angeordneten Ende der zweiten Glühwendel (2) der Wert des vorgegebenen Abstands mit einer Genauigkeit von ± 0,2 mm festgelegt ist.
- Glühlampe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wert für den vorgegebenen Abstand 0,7 mm beträgt.
- Glühlampe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass über die gesamte Länge der zweiten Glühwendel (2) die Seitenkanten (4a, 4b) der Abblendkappe (4) einen größeren Abstand zu der die Referenzachse (A) enthaltenden, senkrecht zur Referenzebene (B) und zur Projektionsebene (E) angeordneten Ebene (C) besitzen als die der Abblendkappe (4) zugewandte Kante (2a) des auf die Projektionsebene (E) projizierten Abbildes der zweiten Glühwendel (2).
- Glühlampe nach Anspruch 1 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einer beliebigen, parallel zur Referenzebene (B) angeordneten und die zweite Glühwendel (2) schneidenden Ebene die beiden Tangenten (15, 16) an die der Abblendkappe (4) zugewandte Oberfläche der zweiten Glühwendel (2), die jeweils durch eine Seitenkante (4a, 4b) der Abblendkappe (4) verlaufen, mit der senkrecht zur Projektionsebene (E) und zur Referenzebene (B) angeordneten und die Referenzachse (A) enthaltenden Ebene (C) jeweils einen Winkel (α, β) von mindestens 10 Grad bilden.
- Glühlampe nach Anspruch 1 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einer beliebigen, parallel zur Referenzebene (B) angeordneten und die zweite Glühwendel (2) schneidenden Ebene die beiden Tangenten (17, 18) an die von der Abblendkappe (4) abgewandte Oberfläche der zweiten Glühwendel (2), die jeweils durch eine Seitenkante (4a, 4b) der Abblendkappe (4) verlaufen, einen Winkel (γ) von mindestens 110 Grad miteinander bilden.
- Glühlampe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand (D) der zweiten Glühwendel (2) von der Referenzebene (B) 30,0 mm ± 0,2 mm beträgt.
