- Couvercle rabattable pour un placard, en particulier un placard mural, par exemple pour un équipement de cuisine ou de bureau, qui est disposé de manière à s'ouvrir vers le haut et peut être réglé entre une position ouverte et une position fermée, comprenant- un premier élément de couvercle (9), apte à être fixé à un panneau de placard (2) du corps (1), de façon pivotante autour d'un premier axe disposé horizontalement (10),- un deuxième élément de couvercle (11), relié au premier élément de couvercle (9) de façon pivotante autour d'un deuxième axe (12) parallèle au premier axe (10),- un organe de commande de couvercle (14) avec un bras de maintien (13) sollicité par ressort,- pouvant être fixé à une paroi latérale (3) du corps (1), de façon pivotante autour d'un troisième axe (15) parallèle au premier axe (10), et- étant relié au deuxième élément de couvercle (11), de façon pivotante autour d'un quatrième axe (16) disposé horizontalement,caractérisé en ce que
pour le bras de maintien (13) sollicité par ressort, un profil de réglage (32) sollicité par ressort est prévu sur le bras de réglage (13), représenté sous la forme d'une courbe autour du troisième axe (15), l'espacement radial du profil de réglage (32) par rapport au troisième axe (15) diminuant au moins partiellement, en partant d'une position intermédiaire du bras de réglage (13), correspondant à une position du couvercle rabattable (8) entre la position ouverte et la position fermée, sur un parcours d'angle du bras de réglage (13), jusqu'à une deuxième position de pivotement, correspondant à la position ouverte du couvercle rabattable (8), et le profil de réglage (32) étant conçu de telle manière dans cette région, que le couple de rotation produit dans chaque position de pivotement du bras de réglage (13) correspond au couple résistant produit par la force massique du couvercle rabattable (8), de sorte que l'organe de commande de couvercle (14) est soumis, au moins sur le parcours de pivotement allant de la position intermédiaire à la position ouverte du couvercle rabattable (8), à un couple de rotation en direction de la position ouverte, qui est défini de telle manière que le couvercle rabattable (8) est maintenu, dans chaque position de pivotement entre la position intermédiaire et la position ouverte. - Couvercle rabattable selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
l'espacement entre le premier axe (10) et le deuxième axe (12) est supérieur à l'espacement entre le deuxième axe (12) et le quatrième axe (16) et
en ce que dans la position fermée du couvercle rabattable (8), le troisième axe (15) est disposé au-dessus d'un axe médian horizontal (23) imaginaire du couvercle rabattable (8). - Couvercle rabattable selon la revendication 2,
caractérisé en ce que
l'espacement entre le premier axe (10) et le deuxième axe (12) est supérieur à l'espacement entre le deuxième axe (12) et une arête inférieure (52) du deuxième élément de couvercle (11), qui est éloignée du premier élément de couvercle (9). - Couvercle rabattable selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisé en ce que
dans la position ouverte du couvercle rabattable (8'), le quatrième axe (16') est disposé de façon décalée par rapport à un plan comprenant le deuxième axe (12') et le troisième axe (15), en direction du premier élément de couvercle (9'). - Couvercle rabattable selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
caractérisé en ce que
le premier élément de couvercle (9) comporte un premier cache (24) et en ce que le deuxième élément de couvercle (11) comporte un deuxième cache (25), le premier cache (24) et le deuxième cache (25) étant de la même hauteur dans la position fermée du couvercle rabattable (8),
il est prévu au moins un bras de charnière (27), qui est fixé à une surface intérieure (26) du premier élément de couvercle (9), orientée vers le corps (1), et dépasse vers le bas à partir d'une arête inférieure (28) du premier élément de couvercle (9), tout en étant fixé, par une extrémité inférieure (29) et de façon pivotante autour du deuxième axe (12), à une surface intérieure (46) du deuxième élément de couvercle (11), orientée vers le corps (1),
l'espacement entre l'arête inférieure (28) du premier élément de couvercle (9) et le deuxième axe (12) correspondant à peu près à l'espacement entre une arête supérieure (30) du deuxième élément de couvercle (11) et le deuxième axe (12). - Couvercle rabattable selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
caractérisé en ce que
l'organe de commande de couvercle (14) comporte un boîtier (31), qui peut être relié à la paroi latérale (3) du corps (1) et dans lequel est installé le bras de réglage (13), de façon pivotante autour du troisième axe (15),
il est prévu un poussoir de réglage (33), guidé de manière à pouvoir se déplacer linéairement dans le boîtier (31), et appliqué au profil de réglage (32) du bras de réglage (13) au moyen d'un ressort. - Couvercle rabattable selon la revendication 6,
caractérisé en ce que
l'espacement radial entre le profil de réglage (32) et le troisième axe (15) est constant ou croissant dans la région de contact entre le poussoir de réglage (33) et le profil de réglage (32), en partant d'une premier position de pivotement du bras de réglage (13), correspondant à la position fermée du couvercle rabattable (8), sur un parcours d'angle du bras de réglage (13), jusqu'à une position intermédiaire entre la premier position de pivotement et la deuxième position de pivotement. - Couvercle rabattable selon l'une des revendications 6 ou 7,
caractérisé en ce que
le poussoir de réglage (33) est appuyé contre le profil de réglage (32) à l'aide d'une roulette (34), qui est disposée de façon rotative sur le poussoir de réglage (33). - Couvercle rabattable selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8,
caractérisé en ce que
il est prévu un palier d'appui (36) maintenu dans le boîtier (31) avec un écart modifiable par rapport au troisième axe (15), et
les ressorts sont appuyés d'une part contre le poussoir de réglage (33) et d'autre part contre le palier d'appui (36). - Couvercle rabattable selon la revendication 9,
caractérisé en ce que
le palier d'appui (36) s'appuie contre une surface d'appui (37) d'un contre-appui (38), qui est installé dans le boîtier (31) de façon pivotante autour d'un axe de rotation (39), la surface d'appui (37) présentant un écart modifiable par rapport à l'axe de rotation (39) en direction du pourtour. - Couvercle rabattable selon la revendication 10,
caractérisé en ce que
la surface d'appui (37) est conçue en forme d'escargot. - Couvercle rabattable selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11,
caractérisé en ce que
il est prévu un élément d'égalisation de longueurs (43), comprenant un élément de base (44) relié fixement au deuxième élément de couvercle (11) et comprenant un élément coulissant (45), qui est guidé de façon à pouvoir être déplacé par rapport à l'élément de base (44), en position fermée du couvercle rabattable (8), dans le sens vertical entre une première position située à proximité du deuxième axe (12) et une deuxième position éloignée du deuxième axe (12), et qui est ramené dans la première position au moyen de ressorts (49).
