Description
Claims (5)
- Hydraulisches Kombiaggregat, mit einer rotierend angetriebenen Pumpe (1) und einem mit seiner Abtriebsachse (2) koaxial zur Drehachse (3) der Pumpe (1) angeordneten und damit drehverbunden befestigten Antriebsmotor (4), wobei zwischen Pumpengehäuse (5) und Antriebsmotor (4) eine von der Abtriebsachse (2) des Antriebsmotors (4) abgedichtet durchsetzte Flanscheinheit (6) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß die Flanscheinheit (6) einen das Pumpengehäuse (5) abdichtenden und gegenüber diesem und der Drehachse (3) der Pumpe (1) zentrierten Dichtflansch (7) und einen einerseits am Dichtflansch (7) und andererseits am Antriebsmotor (4) lösbar befestigten Trägerflansch (8) aufweist, und daß der Antriebsmotor (4) formschlüssig im Dichtflansch (7) zentriert ist.
- Hydraulisches Kombiaggregat nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Trägerflansch (8) zumindest je zwei unabhängige Befestigungselemente, vorzugsweise mit Schrauben zusammenwirkende Durchgangsbohrungen (9, 10), für den Dichtflansch (7) einerseits und den Antriebsmotor (4) andererseits aufweist, und daß konzentrisch zur Drehachse (3) von Pumpe (1) und Antriebsmotor (4) separate Zentrierelemente (11, 12) am Trägerflansch (8) einerseits und am Dichtflansch (7) und Antriebsmotor (4) andererseits zur gegenüber der direkten Zentrierung zwischen Antriebsmotor (4) und Dichtflansch (7) größeres Spiel aufweisenden Montage-Vorzentrierung vorgesehen sind.
- Hydraulisches Kombiaggregat nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur direkten Zentrierung des Antriebsmotors (4) dieser einen zur Abtriebsachse (2) konzentrisch vorstehenden Zentrieransatz (13) aufweist, der in eine zur Drehachse (3) der Pumpe (4) konzentrische Ausnehmung (14) am Dichtflansch (7) einsteckbar ist, daß die Ausnehmung (14) am Dichtflansch (7) ihrerseits in einem vorstehenden Zentrieransatz (15) ausgebildet ist, welcher außen eine konzentrisch angeordnete Vorzentrierfläche (16) zur vorzentrierenden Zusammenwirkung mit einer Vorzentrierfläche (17) an der Durchgangsbohrung des Trägerflansches (8) aufweist, und daß der Zentrieransatz (15) des Dichtflansches (7) an zumindest zwei beabstandeten Stellen nutartig ausgenommen ist, wobei in diese Nuten (18) von der Vorzentrierfläche (17) des Trägerflansches (8) für den Dichtflansch (7) ausgehend nach innen gerichtete Vorzentrieransätze (19) für die Vorzentrierung des Trägerflansches (8) am Zentrieransatz (13) des Antriebsmotors (4) eingreifen.
- Hydraulisches Kombiaggregat nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der abgesetzt ausgeführten Durchgangsbohrung (20) des Dichtflansches (7) für die Abtriebsachse (2) des Antriebsmotors (4) eine Wellendichtung (21) angeordnet ist, welche in axialer Richtung einerseits von einer Abstufung (22) der Durchgangsbohrung (20) und andererseits vom Zentrieransatz (13) des eingesteckten Antriebsmotors (4) gehalten ist.
- Hydraulisches Kombiaggregat nach einem oder mehreren Ansprüchen 1 bis 4 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flanscheinheit (6), vorzugsweise der Trägerflansch (8) alleine, zur Befestigung von Zusatzelementen, wie z.B. einer Motorabdeckung (23) oder von elektrischen oder elektronischen peripheren Elementen (24), Fortsätze (25), Befestigungselemente und dergleichen aufweist.
