Abstract

L'invention présentée est du domaine de la tapisserie tendue. Elle permet d'appliquer cette technique sans recours à un outillage spécifique même dans les parties très étroites des panneaux à tapisser. Le dispositif selon l'invention est constitué d'un mince profilé en PVC comprenant une bavette souple de serrage du tissu (5) composée de deux lèvres espacées (5a, 5b) affleurant selon un même plan qui est perpendiculaire à la surface d'appui du profilé (1). Un chant en biseau (3) ménage un vide pour recevoir le bord du tissu et une bande adhésive double-face (13) permet d'ajuster le tissu avant son blocage définitif et contribue à ce blocage. Le dispositif selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné à la pose des tentures, murales ou autres, à finition invisible, par exemple dans les parties très étroites des panneaux.

Description

PROFILE DE FIXATION POUR TENTURES A
FINITION INVISIBLE
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de fixation pour tentures murales ou autres, à finition invisible, en particulier nappes et tissus, naturels et synthétiques.
Dans ce domaine, le demandeur a proposé dans sa demande de brevet n° 9104572 déposée le 15 avril 1991, un profilé spécifique comportant une bavette souple de blocage du tissu, un chant biseauté pour recevoir le bord du tissu, une bande adhésive double-face pour l'ajustage droit-fil du tissu et une pince destinée au blocage de l'ouate par son bord.
Hais un tel profilé ne peut être utilisé dans des cas particuliers tels que ceux concernant les encoignures de portes et fenêtres, les angles exigus et tous les cas où l'étroitesse des panneaux rend l'exécution difficile à cause de la trop grande largeur du profilé. D'autre part, la forme de la bavette proposée dans ce profilé à lèvre parallèle au chant biseauté ne permet pas dans tous les cas une retenue suffisante du tissu entre elle et la partie en vis-à-vis. Le dispositif selon la présente invention vise a remédier notamment à ces inconvénients.
Selon une première caractéristique, l'invention a pour objet un profilé du type comprenant d'un part un chant évidé, par exemple biseauté et d'autre part une bavette souple courant parallèlement à l'axe du profilé et prolongeant le bord extrême défini par l'angle aigu du biseau ou de l'évidement au niveau de la face supérieure et dans lequel cette bavette souple comporte deux lèvres espacées affleurant selon un même plan perpendiculaire è la surface d'appui du profilé et parallèle aux chants dudit profilé.
Selon un mode préférentiel de réalisation les deux lèvres de la bavette sont disposées en éventail, avec une première lèvre présentant un chant biseauté en arrondi en sens opposé au chant biseauté reliant la bavette à la face d'appui et de fixation du profilé ; la seconde lèvre est perpendiculaire à ce chant de sorte que l'effet conjugué des deux lèvres de la bavette garantit un blocage parfait du tissu contre une paroi adjacente ou un autre profilé dans le cas d'habillage d'angles. Selon une première variante de réalisation destinée à la pose des nappes et tissus à l'exclusion des nappes de doublage, ouates, molletons, etc, ce profilé est simplement constitué d'un profilé du type latte de faible largeur dit "Jonc", dans le jargon des gens de métier, d'une largeur de l'ordre de 15 mm y compris la largeur de la bavette. Ce profilé dont la largeur est réduite de moitié par rapport à un profilé avec pince, permet de tapisser des surfaces étroites, jusqu'à 30 mm de largeur, à partir de deux profilés dont les chants opposés à la bavette sont disposés côte-à-côte. Dans ce cas et selon une autre caractéristique, toute la face supérieure du profilé de faible largeur sur laquelle vient reposer le tissu tendu est contrecollée d'un ruban adhésif double-face. Selon une autre variante dans le cas où le profilé est destiné à recevoir une ouate ou molleton par l'intermédiaire d'un logement longitudinal s'ouvrant sur la face supérieure et fermé par une pince s'étendant sur toute la largeur : ladite pince est pourvue sur la partie inférieure de son extrémité d'une languette dirigée vers le bas et inclinée en direction du fond de la pince pour assurer une retenue de la ouate avec effet antiretour à la manière d'un harpon.
Le profilé en quoi consiste l'invention est réalisé en matière synthétique blanche, par exemple PVC. Ses caractéristiques et avantages ressortiront de la description qui va suivre en référence aux dessins annexés : la fig. 1 est une vue en perspective du profilé formant le dispositif selon l'invention, la fig. 2 représente la disposition des profilés dans un angle de mur derrière une porte vue de face. La fig. 3 est la vue grossie en coupe de cette disposition. La fig. 4 montre une vue en perspective du profilé avec pince.
Ce dispositif est constitué d'un mince profilé blanc. Vu en coupe comme illustré en fig. 1, il s'inscrit globalement dans un contour de latte parallélépipédique, tel que, représenté posé à chant à l'échelle agrandie, il comporte à son dos (1) une semelle plane par laquelle il est adapté à être appliqué sur une paroi à tapisser. Cette face d'appui arrière (1) est prolongée à son extrémité inférieure par une courte arête (2) définissant un chant perpendiculaire ou non. A son extrémité opposée, le dos (1) est prolongé par un chant (3) en biseau dont l'angle aigu extrême définit le bord supérieur de la face opposée (4) qui lui fait suite. Cet angle est bordé par une bavette souple (5) par exemple rapportée par collage ou soudage dans une cavité ou une feuillure (11). Cette bavette longitudinale (5) striée ou non, présente en coupe deux lèvres (5a) (5b) en éventail. En variante, la partie biseautée (3) peut être remplacée par une feuillure ou une gorge assurant le même dégagement que le biseau pour loger le bord du tissu tendu. La face (4) est destinée à recevoir clous ou aiguilles si ces moyens de pose sont préférés au collage du dos (1). Cette face (4) est contreσollée d'un ruban adhésif double-face (13) dans toute sa largeur. Ce dispositif permet un affichage provisoire du tissu et contribue à son blocage en tension.
Les figures 2 et 3 montrent un cas courant d'utilisation du dispositif selon l'invention sur la figure 2, est représenté l'angle de deux murs dans l'un desquels se situe une porte ; la bande étroite située entre l'angle des deux murs et le chambranle de la porte, est équipée de deux profilés en quoi consiste la présente invention. En détail agrandi, la vue en coupe de ces deux profilés figure 3, où ils s'opposent par leurs chants 2, leurs bavettes respectives en appui, l'une contre le tour de porte en saillie par rapport au mur (Ml), l'autre contre le mur (M2). Ce dispositif permet la pose du tissu dans l'encoignure étroite comprise entre la porte et le mur (M2). Dans le cas illustré en figure 4 où le profilé est destiné à recevoir également un molleton en sous-couche de la toile, il comporte en outre une pince crantée adaptée à serrer à sa place le molleton par son bord. Une lèvre arrondie et crantée (7) définit l'extrémité d'une mâchoire de pincement (12) occupant la partie avancée de la face supérieure (3) du profilé. Cette mâchoire délimite l'accès à un logement longitudinal (6) destiné à recevoir le bord de la nappe en molleton.
Les deux lèvres (5a) (5b) de la bavette souple sont disposées en éventail, avec une première lèvre (5a) supérieure arrondie vers la face opposée à la surface d'appui du profilé et prolongeant le même plan que la face (8) et une seconde lèvre (5b) perpendiculaire au chant (3).

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1 - Dispositif de fixrftion des tentures par exemple murales du type constitué d'un profilé dont le dos (1) est prolongé par un chant (3) évasé par exemple en biseau, dont l'angle aigu extrême définit le bord supérieur de la face opposée (8) qui lui fait suite, qui est bordé par une bavette souple (5), caractérisé en ce que ladite bavette est composée de deux lèvres espacées (5a) (5b) affleurant selon un même plan qui est perpendiculaire à la surface d'appui du profilé et parallèle aux chants dudit profilé.
2 - Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que les deux lèvres (5a) (5b) de la bavette souple sont disposées en éventail, avec une première lèvre (5a) supérieure arrondie, vers la face opposée à la surface d'appui du profilé et prolongeant le même plan que la face (8) et une seconde lèvre (5b) perpendiculaire au chant (3).
3 - Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 2 caractérisé en ce qu'il représente une face supérieure (8) plane et n'a qu'une faible largeur pour permettre la pose des tentures sur des surfaces étroites, cette face (8) est contrecollée d'un ruban adhésif double-face (13).
4 - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3 destiné à assurer la retenue d'un doublage en ouate ou molleton et comportant une pince débouchant sur la face supérieure du profilé en définissant sur celui-ci deux faces décalées (4 et 8), caractérisé en ce que la pince (12) est pourvue en extrémité vers le bas, d'une lèvre crantée (7) ou à languette, destinée à assurer la prise du molleton dans la pince (12).
