Claims (9)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et fleksibelt rørlegeme (100) for at reducere, hæmme eller helt forhindre mikrorevnedannelse, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: tilvejebringelse af en rørlængde af polymermateriale for at danne et polymerlag (402) af fleksibelt rørlegeme; tilvejebringelse af et forstærkningslag (404) radialt udefter i forhold til polymerlaget; og behandling af en radialt indvendig overflade af polymerlaget med et kemikalie for derved at bevirke en ændring i polymerlagets elasticitetsmodul, hvor kemikaliet har den virkning, at det blødgør polymeren uden at opløse den, hvor kemikaliebehandlingen omfatter at øge polymerens elasticitet i polymerlaget, og hvor kemikaliet er valgt fra en/ét carbonhydridolie eller -fluid, et polært opløsningsmiddel, såsom alkoholer, ikke-polære opløsningsmidler, såsom benzen eller toluen, eller ioniske eller superkritiske flydende opløsningsmidler.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor polymerlaget er en fluorpolymer, et polyamid eller et polyphenylensulfid eller en kombination deraf.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller krav 2, hvor trinnet med behandling omfatter påføring af acetone på polymerlagets overflade.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor fremgangsmåden endvidere omfatter at sætte det fleksible rørlegeme under et forudbestemt tryk og udførelse af en fabriksprøvningstest på det fleksible rørlegeme.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4, hvor polymerlaget ekspanderer ind spalteåbninger inde i forstærkningslaget under fabriksprøvningstesten.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor varigheden af behandlingstrinnet, hvor kemikaliet påføres, er mellem 2 minutter og 24 timer, eller 5 minutter og 6 timer, eller 5 minutter og 4 timer, eller 30 minutter og 3 timer.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor behandlingen omfatter opblødning af den radialt indvendige overflade af polymerlaget med kemikaliet.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor polymerlaget har en radialt udvendig overflade, der ikke behandles med kemikaliet.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor polymerlaget omfatter en kompositblanding af polymer og en anden bestanddel såsom metalledninger eller nanopartikler dispergeret deri.
